But the hotel itself was not maintain properly it was no microwave I feel every hotel should at least have a microwave especially after a late night out sometimes you buy food and want to come back and warm it up and eat it. It makes no sense to have a refrigerator without a microwave. The bathroom door was broken couldn’t close it. Holes in the wall you can tell it needs to be upgraded bad. And it was only one door in the shower it was missing the other door so water was splashing everywhere. So make you read the reviews before you decide to pick the hotel of your choice.

Great stay

Clear room; great staff with decent breakfast

Overall place is run down. The shower is not wide enough or tall enough and I’m surprised there wasn’t more water outside the shower on the floor. The light above the sink is poor and not great for putting on makeup. The AC sounded like a jet engine was taking off in my room. Paying for parking is crazy.

Clean room

There was no hot water in the area of the bathroom used to brush your teeth The inner bathroom door didn’t close and I needed to shake the toilet handle to get the toilet to stop running. The view from the window added no atmosphere to the room at all.

Decent enough hotel, but they charge you $15 for parking - and don't tell you. I understand the "security deposit," as it seems normal (if absolutely STUPID,) but asking if the guest is parking, then giving them a parking pass without telling them you're getting charged for it is deceptive. I won't stay here again.

The food service stood out positively. Meals were consistently hot, refilled quickly, and the pantry team maintained a clean and well-organized area, which we appreciated. There are a few areas that could be improved. The restroom did not have an exhaust system, which affected ventilation. Sleep quality was also not ideal—possibly due to the overly soft beds, which made it harder to get deep rest. Additionally, while the front desk staff were professional, a warmer, more welcoming demeanor with smiles would have enhanced the overall experience. In summary, the stay offered good value for money, especially considering the prime location and food service, but addressing the comfort and hospitality aspects would make it even better.

I really enjoyed my stay

Nice property - no frills, just a nice place to spend the weekend. Rea is very busy and sometimes noisy. Not a fan of $15 daily parking fee - not mentioned in profile (parking available is not the same as free parking).

Hotel was very nice and well kept

Check in was very fast and staff was very courteous. Parking was not free, despite all their empty parking spaces, not thrilled about having to pay for it, They need to advertise as such and not spring a surprise to the guest at the last minute

The staff was very pleasant and polite. Housekeeping took care of all of my needs. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff at front and breakfast are very nice but the room could not have been worse. Very disappointed. I was embarrassed with my family since I told them how nice it was previously. Never again.
