very nice hotel, beautiful to walk into - bathroom very nice, large shower. nice under cabinet lighting at night. The staff was great—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool was a major disappointment. We specifically chose this hotel because of the rooftop pool, but the hotel also allows members of a private membership club to use the pool even when they are not staying at the hotel. Because the rooftop pool and surrounding deck are quite small, the area was completely full and there wasn’t even a lounge chair available for us as paying hotel guests. I don’t have an issue with a hotel offering memberships, but when outside members are given access to a very limited amenity to the point that hotel guests can’t reasonably use it, that’s a problem. If we had known this beforehand, we likely would have chosen a different hotel. Again, the staff was excellent, but the pool situation significantly affected our stay. NOTE: the price quoted by BOOKING.COM does not include an additional $40 'resort charge' and $59 valet fee. This is by no means a resort. It is a city hotel with a rooftop pool that is not exclusively for guests. Also note, if you take advantage of the $20 food and beverage credit they offer you for the minibar (from Marriott), they will charge you a convenience fee..... for example, we used our 'credit' for a soda and a beer in the minibar ($16) and somehow were charged $5. I am so tired of all the hidden fees. Just tell me what I am paying for and let me decide.

How accommodating it was Nothing

When we finally got into our room. How long it took to get in our room. It was 6 hours of waiting to get into the room we paid for. However the staff was very accommodating and let is get ready in a different room than what we had so we didn't miss our concert. This was my birthday present. I wish it was a little bit better.

La entrada principal estaba muy sucia , el personal no es amable , no me limpiaron mi habitación en el segundo día , le pedí a la camarera que por favor me trajera tuallas me dijo que ya me tenía que ir y que llamara a recepción ! El restaurant del desayuno me encantó fue lo mejor para mi .

Unfortunately, the experience changed significantly at night when the rooftop bar and club became active. We could hear loud music in our room until around 1:30 a.m., along with chairs being dragged across the floor for much of the night. The noise made it very difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep, which was disappointing for a property that is so highly rated. Everything else about our stay was very nice, but the nighttime noise was excessive and should be addressed, especially for guests staying in rooms near or beneath the rooftop area.

The Hotel was so Beautiful and The Staff was so Amazingly welcoming , friendly and I enjoyed every minute of my stay . I will most definitely BE BACK !!

We enjoyed our two nights day at the Tess Autograph. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful upon check-in. Our room was quite comfortable. We had breakfast at the rooftop restaurant and it was very delicious and the wheat staff were extremely friendly. Overall had a very nice day and would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful room - walking distance from Buckhead Theater. Cool pool & bar with nice rooftop views of Midtown & Buckhead. Would recommend.

Great place to stay. Only issues were check in and check out, due to it having smaller parking area in front of hotel with peak times hard to navigate.
