Pool area could be spruced up and cleaned periodically. More hours for food and bar services.

The lobby of the hotel is simply beautiful. There was a lot of construction going on during our stay. Our room was on the 8th floor and facing the interstate. Be prepared to hear traffic noise even on the 8th floor. The room needs love. It's dated... the bathroom is tiny and the lighting is dim. The AC was working fine, but there was a lingering smoke smell in the room. Kudos to the hotel for providing shuttle services for guests. Shout out to Mr. Fred!! Check in was easy and we were greeted immediately.

Shuttle bus and driver on Friday night not helpful and time for pickup kept people waiting much much longer than we were directed it would be

The staff was fantastic and the free shuttle to the Braves Stadium was a major hit with our group. The breakfast was okay, not a lot of flavour. Thankfully we had vouchers for breakfast because I couldn’t imagine paying $21 a person. On day two of our stay the air-conditioning was off for most of the day and didn’t start working until around midnight. Overall, we will stay here again, just maybe go to Starbucks across the street for breakfast next time.

Amazing Staff

Lie on hotel.com there was transportation to the airport.Out of the swimming pool wasn’t clean. Restaurant didn’t have steak at all. Parking wasn’t free

We visited the area to go to an Atlanta Braves game! The hotel offered a shuttle to and from the game which was AMAZING. Breakfast was good also! We will definitely stay here again!!!

This is the first time I had to pay an unadvertised and expensive parking fee for every night, just for parking my car at a hotel that I'm already paying for. This hotel was not the bargain that it appeared to be through expedia. I'll look for a better place to stay next time.

As you walk in the entire hotel stinks it stinks like there’s a stench in there like it’s old and musty then the rooms don’t look like the pictures. When I checked into my room, I went to the third floor. There’s a lot of construction going on and when I went in my room, it smelled like mold. The beds are extremely small and it looks like that they don’t deep clean the hotel at all I went downstairs received another room on the eighth floor. The first room was on the third floor when I got to the eighth floor. The beds were still small and the room was just huge. The tub looks dirty the mole, the crown molding around the room and in the bathroom looks dirty would not stay here again. The entire hotel had a stench to it when I recommend would not stay there especially for the price.

Great place close to a lot of things

$18 to park per night and no free breakfast, not even a coffee station

Nice hotel until i had a roach crawling across my tv screen and another on the floor. That made me disgusted and ready to leave if it had not been 2am i would not have stayed but the staff did move me to another room pretty quickly.

Breakfast not very good remodeling so a little inconvenient

We checked in on a Friday evening, went out to dinner, and when we returned later that night, our room was hot. We turned the thermostat down and tried to sleep, but there was no airflow and we hardly slept at all. - [ ] The next morning, both our room and the hallway were miserably hot. I called the front desk and was told that someone would come look at it. We went to lunch, returned to get ready for an event, and somehow the room and hallway were even worse. When I went downstairs, I was informed that the air conditioning was out throughout the entire hotel, engineers were on-site, and it should be fixed soon. Getting ready in that room was miserable. When we returned from our event later that evening, there was still no air conditioning, and the front desk was filled with guests making complaints. We asked for a box fan and were told they had already given them all out. What is most concerning is that at no point did the hotel offer to relocate us or proactively provide a refund. I ultimately had to call Expedia, and thankfully they were able to relocate us and advised that they would work with the hotel to secure a refund. Even that process was difficult because Expedia struggled to get anyone at the hotel to answer the phone. During this process, we learned that the hotel continued checking guests in despite knowing the air conditioning system was not working. Guests were never informed in advance, nor wer
