I had an excellent stay at Extended Stay America and couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for an extended stay. Having a kitchenette was a huge bonus and made my stay much more convenient. The property was quiet, safe, and in a great location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the interstate. What stood out the most was the customer service. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. We stayed for 4 nights, house keeping didn’t go in our room once, my boyfriend had to chase them down to ask for toilet paper and towels and after he did they made him bring them the dirty towels. 2/10 experience. Was not impressed.

The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. However, it wasn't the cleanest. The last 3 days we were there, there was an old stained mattress against the wall in the hallway that someone decided to put there and nothing was ever done to remove it. Had a large roach visit us the last night we stayed. We left a day early.

No issues, great price, checking in was smooth

The property was dirty, poorly maintained, and honestly one of the most unpleasant hotels I've ever stayed in. The common areas and exterior were filthy, there were bugs, no hot water, and the smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana was throughout the property. There was even dog urine on the floor near the entrance. My room key didn't work for my entire stay. I spent hours waiting for someone to let me into my room because management never resolved the problem. The staff seemed indifferent, and management showed little concern for the inconvenience. I contacted customer service and was told someone would respond within 48 hours. A few days later, a regional manager called, said he was looking into the issues, and promised to call me back. I'm still waiting for that call. To make matters worse, I was repeatedly awakened between 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. by staff members laughing, talking loudly, and playing podcasts on their phones. Getting a good night's sleep was impossible. The experience was so unpleasant that I sent all of my clothes to the dry cleaners as soon as I got home. The only positive part of my stay was one young employee who genuinely seemed to care, but he admitted there was nothing he could do to fix the situation. This hotel made me feel more like I was in a prison than a place of hospitality. I strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

The hotel is great but what really makes this hotel great is the staff from the managers to housekeeping they are all the best. Jalen, Lance and racheim are beyond any ESA or really any hotel period ive ever stayed at they are the absolute best and it need to be known thats what makes this hotel a great place to stay

Anyone staying at this hotel needs to know the staff goes above and beyond any hotel I've ever stayed in. Iam a Hilton diamond member and I get better service from jaylon and Lance than I have any Hilton property I've ever stayed in.

Everything is very nice and clean at this extended stay, and it's tucked off in the back so it's very private. I really enjoyed my stay here, I'm sure you will as well.

got bed bugs- no hot water and many drug addicts who seem to live there full time. horrible - toilet also exploded and they gave me a dollar store plunger and said to fix it for them . nobody at front desk half the time and difficult to get clean towels. ZERO stars - stay away

Hotel called around 4pm day of reservation to cancel because they were overbooked - was within 15 minutes of arriving, been driving for 4 hours. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER

The room had a terrible smell, roaches, and mysterious particles in the bedsheets.
