The room was very nice and spacious, exactly what we were looking for. The staff was very friendly and super helpful with anything that we needed. The parking was a little frustrating, because the gates weren’t working properly so we had to go to the front desk for someone to let us out every time. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming and overpriced especially since you could get the same thing at several other places included in your stay. We were there for a Braves game and based on some other reviews we were led to believe that there was a shuttle that would take us to the game and back which is one of the biggest reasons that we chose this hotel. We were informed once we arrived that there was no shuttle so we had to call a ride service because the walk to the stadium was about 30min. We didn’t get to use the pool but it looked very nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but we will probably look for something closer to the stadium next time so the walk will be easier.

Pool was shut down for 3+ days when we were there. Not sure what took so long fixing. When my pool pump goes down, they can replace in an hour. No offer to reduce my bill. Be ready for a 50$ per night hold on your credit card. If you are there a week, it is $350. Never saw that before. Parking is also $12 a night... Cleaning staff missed our room 3 out of the 8 nights we were there. the second time they missed, I even told the cleaning crew when we left to make sure they got our room... they didn't. The maid was too busy on the phone with her boyfriend I guess. Needed bedding for the sofa-sleeper. called down. They said yeah at the front desk, you have to come down and get it. Nice touch. In summary, you are paying for a higher end hotel that gives a lower end experience.

Our family has stayed here multiple times and has never had an issue. Clean, friendly staff, and 7hrs from Disney.

Nice visit with my children. Hotel is very clean although pool could use daily or frequent cleaning due to leaves and bugs falling in from the trees which gave some reasonable shade. I cleaned it myself so I could get it in. The water appeared foggy but could be from the ground reflection of the pool. Fitness area was enjoyed by my teens. I did require them to put the accurate amount of washcloths per guest but otherwise a great stay. I would go again. It was close to many things we wanted to do.

The stay was not ok because the pool was closed due to not being cleaned. If a hotel offers this amenity, maintenance should be on top of this, especially during summer months when visitors expect to have this during their stay. This is poor management!! Unacceptable!!

I am leaving a 5 star review despite some issues because the staff were wonderful. This hotel is beautiful and very clean. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Our room was cleaned every day during our stay. On the second night we did experience some ants in the bedroom and our headboard which caused us to need to leave the room for a night, however the staff worked quickly to put us in another room for the night and we were comped for the inconvenience. We were allowed back into our room the following day after they fixed the issue and there were no other issues after that with ants. The other downfall during our stay was that the pool was dirty the one time we were able to use it which was understandable, it had been raining a few days before, but then the pool completely closed for the remainder of our stay which put a damper on things because the pool was a huge reason why we booked this hotel. Despite this, I give the hotel 5 stars because again, the staff was amazing and worked quickly to assure us that we can stay in our room as well as comped us for that night. The hotel also is very beautiful and very clean and everything is near especially Truist park, which has a beautiful view from the hotel. Thank you again to all the staff here for making our stay as best as it could be despite some hiccups.
