Extended Stay America Select Suites Atlanta Marietta Wildwoo

Bad

Failed at every possible point.

This hotel has the worst staff in any business I have ever stepped foot in. This go around, the lady said they gave my 2 bed room I had reserved away to someone else and gave me a room with 1 bed and a pull out couch. I was upset, but she explained that it was because they didn’t have my phone number on file to call me to make sure it was ok…. lol. No lie, that’s what she said. So you don’t have a way to ask me if I’m willing to swap from two beds to 1, so you just do it anyway? Not to mention the smell and how disgusting it was in there. The general manager who also works here has an IQ just as low as the lady who told me why I was switched from two beds to one. I’ll never come back here. Trash trash trash.

The location was secluded from obvious public and private. Notice no swimming pool. Would also recommend more security measures for guest.

The room wasn’t cleaned no one was available for check in

I would not recommend you staying here to anybody that has any kind of disability or a service animal. Not only as the front disc continued and clearly rude , but she had no idea what the states on service nimals

The bedding/sheet was not clean , the floor /carpet was dirty . Housekeeping was knocking , real loud on the door at 10:50 a.m. asking if we were going to get another night when our reservation was clearly forn1 night. Weird. When we can room reservation not available, they asked different room but not the same reservation room. We left not stay there.
