Great stay

Water was turned off to property for undisclosed repairs. When water was restored the water pressure was very low. This is a property being renovated. We were given room card to room already being occupied. Your website says breakfast is included but we were charged $15.98 each until I challenged the charge and had it removed from bill. Front desk day staff needs retraining on how to interact with paying traveling customers.

It was convenient location for the event ! The young man that checked me in was very nice and helpful. Never had to pay for buffet breakfast, it was always included.

The location was the only good thing. Had to switch rooms the first night. On the second night, the AC for the second room stopped working. Told the staff, but they said they didn't have a room to switch to and they didn't offer any other solution.

Very disappointed in this hotel. The room and especially the bathroom was musty and smelled. The top comforter looked so old and worn that we removed it from the bed. I’ve stayed at Hiltons before and never had a bad complete but this one was the worst. Not sure how it was rated so high.

Hotel overall, including room was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful!

Contact the hotel 2 ways (Expedia messenger that THEY initially used to contact me) and called the hotel directly when my flight was cancelled and moved to the following day.

The first room had a huge and I do mean huge Urine stain on the mattress. Mattress should have at least been turned over. Gross to lay where l someone else wet the mattress.

The room was in bad shape. The ceiling had visible signs leaking, the bedding looked worn and room had a really bad smell. Also the A/C was not cooling the room

Decent property

Location to Truist field. The Remote tv worked when it wanted too. The AC unit was noisy. The very credit card used to check in ….35 min later was used by fraudulent means. I had to call the credit card company to freeze my account. Can’t tell you how upset this made me and put a big wrinkle in our trip.

I only stayed one night but everything was fine had a good night sleep, and move on

Pool area very dirty and overflowing garbage. They turned off water for renovations with no warning for 2 hours. Also carpet was soaking wet by ac and gave a wet floor smell. Crusty substance on bathroom floor. Would not recommend.

Good Clean Hotel Great environment

Room was huge w 2 TV's and a living room area w fold out couch. Lots of charging plug in options. Room was clean. Breakfast was over $12 so we went elsewhere. A/C in room was very noisy. Ice machine on floor was out of order so had to go down a floor. Had only 2 very small pillows and one king pillow on king bed.

No drinks, condiments, exercise room. Had I known all of this upfront would have chose a different place. This was way too expensive of a stay with all the construction. Had I know it ahead of time I would have stayed elsewhere.
