room are not maintain

The room itself was very nice and for a great price. The only problem I had was i usually like for my rooms to be cold and when trying to change the temperature it’s as if it wouldn’t work. I felt like the air barely came on and I just don’t sleep comfortably in heat but other than that it was a nice room.

My room had bed bugs . I slept in my car and only used the bathroom inside the room. Reported to front desk ask for refund have not heard anything yet.

The condition of the rooms was extremely disappointing. The rooms were very, very dirty and clearly not cleaned to an acceptable standard. The level of cleanliness was unacceptable and made the stay uncomfortable. This is not what anyone should expect when paying to stay at a property. The overall condition of the property also needs significant improvement. Cleanliness should be a basic priority, and unfortunately, that was seriously lacking during my stay. The only positive was the staff. They were very helpful, polite, and professional, and they genuinely tried their best to assist us despite the problems with the property. Unfortunately, helpful staff cannot make up for rooms that are this dirty. Management needs to take the cleanliness and maintenance of this property much more seriously. I would not recommend staying here in its current condition.

Pictures were not what was there for the bathroom. People were outside screaming and yelling all night. We could hear babies screaming and crying most of the night. Pounding and yelling above us. And since marijuana is legal there we could smell it in our room both nights. I would never go there again. It was a short block walk to boardwalk and ocean and that was it

Mold on the wall, bathroom window was broken, needles outside i can go on and on. do not stay here it’s disgusting.

All I can say is they need to remodel

My wife and I booked a room for the night and it was absolutely terrible. The room was barely cleaned no land line to the front desk people knocking on the door asking if we wanted ice, which was a plot to try and rob us, we called the police but had left before they arrived. Stay away from the hotel from hell.

It was a great stay

It was a horrible experience. I only needed a place to sleep and take a shower, but this hotel did not meet my requirements. I awoke to find that there was no water in the shower. I was unable to take a shower as I had to check out of the hotel earlier than I intended to. I spoke to the staff about this issue and was advised that there was no manager available to assist me.

Nothing. “Nothing”. “The property did not match the photos on Expedia. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and I did not feel safe.” Eso resume lo esencial.

Carpets

It was ok. Clean but it look like it needs a few repairs and there a was a lot of mosquitos in the room and a lot of street people in front. It was not noisy. I’m not sure if I will stay there again.

We booked 2 rooms for weekend night, but when we checked in and saw room condition (it was terrible) room stinks badly and bathrooms were so bad with dirty towels and yellow stains all over the bathroom. We immediately went back to front desk and cancelled our reservation. I’m trying to refund my money right now. And worse part is homeless people who were sitting right in front of your room door because this hotel had no security or staff for anything.
