Our stay here was wonderful!! From the beautiful room to the on-site restaurant to the easy beach access. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. All of our meals at the restaurant were delicious. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Only thing that was unpleasant was the severely limited parking. We were able to find a spot on the lot but once parked, we didn't move our car until we checked out. Overall, we had a great stay. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a great getaway!!

I dont think it helps having homeless people sleeping on the bench outside the entrance of the hotel. Its very sad to say the least but is alittle discerning.

We loved the location because it was on the boardwalk, the staff were courteous and we felt very safe staying there Even though there was a daily 15 usd credit to the rooms , it would be nice to offer free bread and breakfast and the elevators need to upgraded as one of them broke down once and they are very slow . It would also be good to have a laundry room and a microwave on each floor.

Very nice clean hotel on the boardwalk right next to the quarter by Tropicana. Parking is a nightmare unless you drive a compact car. First level parking is small and was full. Above that was compact car only because of the 5’10” ceiling clearance. Plus they charge you $30 for parking which then your only option is to park some other lot a couple blocks away. I ended up not paying for their parking and parking at the Tropicana parking garage for $20 but you have to know your way around the Tropicana to do that. Also, this hotel charges you an extra fee to stay there (convenience, fee, or recreation fee or something like that) which supposedly includes $15 a day from their little shop (but you have to ask separately for it), use of their bikes(which we weren’t interested in), 2 mini bottles of water, two individual saltwater taffy, and two welcome drinks (which I saw someone before me ask for and got two bottles of brisk iced tea). Basically it’s a gimmicky way to charge you more money.

Great Staff Experience!

This was a great hotel. The view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were great, very helpful and very friendly. You can literally walk to the beach in 2 minutes. It's right on the boardwalk, BUT you are on the other end, so walking to Steel Pier for example, is a 35-40 minute walk one way. You can pick up a trolley IF you can actually grab one at the time you need it because they never seem to be available when you're looking for one or once one drives up, it's full. Not a complaint, but worth noting as the majority of the boardwalk "activities" is on the other end.

Would highly recommend. The staff was great, rooms clean the restaurant served good food and the property is in the boardwalk 5 stars.
-
I didn’t like the fact that you put on a daily surcharge of twenty five dollars and tell me I can use fifteen dollars towards the restaurant or coffee shop and I did not care for being charged thirty dollars a day for parking

The room was great. Bed was so comfortable. I luv the jbl speaker in the room

The room was beautiful, but the parking was a nightmare. We got lucky, when one person left to find a parking spot, and once we did we changed our plans to not use our Truck because of parking, so our travel dinner plans were cancelled to utilize a local restaurant we could walk to.

Very up to date and modern. The facility was so nice. I was shocked by the kindness of the staff also. The bike rental included with the destination fee was very nice also. I didn’t like the location in such that the main instance is directly next to a large garbage dumpster which was a bit nauseating of a smell.

I paid in full online they charged me extra
-
The room was comfortable and clean Homeless people sleeping outside the front door. Desperately overcharged for pet fee which was $150 for one night!! Simply ridiculous.
