Only stayed for 1 night but the check in process was easy, staff was super friendly and the location is great

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was super fantastic fit for a king. . The maid service was expedient and very friendly anything you needed they assisted you.All around ok There was no microwave in your room other than that I am fine.

The location is right off the boardwalk , next to everything the casinos stores are walkable . Management terrible , we happened to wake up late 11:29 to be exact .. man knocking on the door talking about housekeeping! Housekeeper was a Spanish lady when we walked out and there was 3 or 4 rooms unchecked in (fact because the curtains was open when we checked in for all the rooms including mine where you can see if someone is inside) Annyywayy I call down to front desk apologizing for waking up late if we can just get 30 mins to get our stuff together and leave . He said no you have until 11:30 which is in 1 min . Is he insane ? Because we’re sold out today’s Saturday and we need to clean the rooms !!! Major failure in most hotels is not catering to the guest you have already in house before the new guest arrive I would of easily charged me $50 bucks for a late check out of extra two hours and still sold my room but hotels are the biggest scam you can check in at anytime after they check in time for 3/4 pm but you must leave at 11 am which is not even 24 hours in a room

Hotel itself looked a little run-down from the outside but the room was clean and up-to-date. I was surprised to be told that I had to pay $10 to park for the night. I feel this should have been included since I rented a room. They did have breakfast from 7am-10am - i only stayed for 1 night but we went to get coffee prior to leaving and the breakfast area was very crowded. We had to wait over 15 minutes to get some coffee. I was a little disappointed that everytime I walked outside someone from a nearby room was smoking marijuana right on the patio. We experienced this a few times during our 1 night stay. I wasn't thrilled by some of the other guests there - little sketchy. Not sure if I would stay again for those reasons.
