There are steps, even on first floor, if this is a problem for you. I didn’t feel safe here. Heard 5 gunshots really close in the middle of the night. Also very minimal breakfast. I would not stay here again.

Cute little bread and breakfast. Very close to the boardwalk

We really liked the Inn. It is older building but very quaint. Our room was upper floor so there were stairs and the hallways are narrow. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. Free parking and the boardwalk is only two blocks away. We stopped at the Pub also. We enjoyed our stay and would stay gain when in AC.

Loved the old building however floors sinking on 2nd floor. Stains on wall in BR.

A very charming place to stay with charming staff.

An amazing old building with a long history in a convenient location to a pub, a casino and the beach! Front desk gal was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The self serve coffee bags were a first and last, yuck! But if that's our only complaint, then that's great. We will definitely return and recommend!!

Everything was ideal. The hotel has an old charm appeal. The only thing off putting is when guests are coming into the hotel and slamming the doors. Hearing doors slamming in the middle of the night and you're a solo traveler is very unsettling, but other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

A warm welcome to a charming Inn was a great way to start our overnight in Atlantic City. It's a historical building perfectly decorated with era pictures that set the tone. Rooms with modern amenities (AC, TV, little fridge and a good shower). Everything so clean and beds very comfortable with soft cotten sheets. Just a block and half away from the boardwalk (area abit sketchy but at par for alot of A.City). Police and security cameras visible so we felt safe. Parking onsite. Generous breakfast. Ice available to fill out water bottles. Although attached to the Pub - our Friday night was quiet (no need for earplugs). We are hoping to make this a yearly stop for us. Highly recommended.

We loved the room, location and pub. Everyone was so nice! This was a great find in Atlantic City! We've been coming here for years and we definitely will book here every time from now on!

The staff was absolutely amazing. Very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The room was gorgeous with very comfortable beds.

Issues: Window AC too close to one of our king beds, making it uncomfortably cold for person sleeping next to it. Maybe an easier way to access from the street -- many steps to climb to entrance.

Hotel is beautiful, loved the vintage old AC vibe and the service is great. The pub is open 24 hours and very convenient; as is the parking. Within a block of the boardwalk and walkable to the casinos.

Great staff Nothing

Location was just a short walk to the boardwalk, which was great. The staff from check in, to housekeeping, to the bar downstairs was great. The room and the bathroom were very clean and there was daily housekeeping. Breakfast was great! It was a real breakfast (eggs, meat, waffles, carb options, juice, coffee, etc.) and not the paper bag breakfasts that the other accommodations in the area try to offer. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were a decent size. Free parking was also a plus, especially since most places charge to park. The bathroom was pretty big, but the shower itself was super small. I hate touching the shower curtain in bathrooms that aren't mine, and even with me being on the smaller side it was un-avoidable. The biggest problem I had was the noise from the bar downstairs. I saw the other reviews about it and I thought maybe they were just exaggerating about the noise, but they were not. The rooms were just like the rooms in a regular house, so I don't think there was any kind of sound proofing. It was very very noisy downstairs and it could even be heard over the loud window air conditioner. If you are a light sleeper like myself, certainly take that into consideration when booking. This place is great to stay in, but I barely got any sleep for the three days I was there. Also be mindful that there is no elevator to any of the 3 floors.

This hotel is a wonderful throwback in time. Such a great example of what it would have been like vacationing in AC decades ago. It has old charm with update bathrooms and showers with old themed hardware. No elevator. The room and the overall property was very clean everywhere. As staff was very good. So many antique pieces. Little noisy but it's AC and if your doing it right you won't notice LOL. Overall a great stay. A bonus is the Chelsea pub right next door, open late with food. Such a nice atmosphere and great staff.
