Parking clean room nice breakfast offering.

The extra fee for parking.was costly for the limited space for parking in an unsecured lot. There was no ice machine. The furniture in the room needed to be replaced i.e. the lamp shade was cracked and worn, the writing desk was scratched and dented, the room door was not completely sealed and you could see light coming through.

I’m utterly upset and disgusted! I booked Labor Day weekend trip for my birthday and when I got there, it was just a mess! I wasn’t told this was an unsafe place where crackheads and prostitutions took place….Pure homeless people in at the front of the hotel and in the LOBBY! It wasn’t safe for me and my children! MY FAMY & I FELT SCARED!!!! I told the clerk I wanted to cancel and he went ahead and took charges from my card…. It was the worse birthday experience ever because everywhere was booked out. I had to drive 3hrs back to NY in the wee hours of the night with my 3 kids! NEVER AGAIN! I’m utterly upset and disgusted! I booked a weekend for my birthday and when I got there, it was just a mess! Hotel was near the board walk. Barely parking, bed was very hard not Cumfy at all, there was no soap, shampoo in the bathroom, there was writing in the mirror. The breakfast wasn’t good.

I left after staying less than 90 minutes and checked into another hotel. I was charged for 1 day, and was supposed to receive my refund for the next day. Hopefully, I will receive it. The price I paid was higher than the hotel I went to. I was disappointed, and the online photos don’t equate the room I was assigned to.

The night of my stay it wasn't that great, when I checked in it's ok. When the night time came And I tried to get some sleep it was horrible, people in hallway that what it sounds like also in the parking lot playing loud music all night until the sun came out. Nobody did anything front deck near the parking lot, I told front deck in the morning he didn't say anything they also didn't give me a discount I asked the guy in front deck .so I packed my bags and left .one more thing inside the room was ok but they didn't have shampoo. If it wasn't because that I would have a piece full stay
