Best Western Atlantic City Beach Block

The breakfast Shady looking people in and out of the motel after hours when we checked in. Staff was a little rude The additional parking fee that was not listed on the site I secured the room. Towels and wash cloths were dirty/dingy w/ stains. We did not use them.

The hotel was close to restaurants and the beach. The price was ok. There were stains on the walls, and we found a roach in the bathroom. Some of the towels were stained as well.The bed was hard and extremely uncomfortable. we had to clean the Jacuzzi beforehand because it was dirty.

Room was good if your only plan is to sleep. Towels are dirty and the bathroom is not fully cleaned.

Breakfast and staff attention was excellent! Rooms were big enough and with a lot of space! I wish they could’ve change our sheets since we stayed 3 nights there

The property is OK. We've stayed here before and decided to stay again. The rooms are decent and the staff is always polite. Breakfast could be a little better. Our biggest complaint during this stay was the remote control. It was absolutely gross! My husband made so many attempts to clean it and it remained sticky and practically unable to be used. I'm not sure if we're staying here again. But this hotel is close to the boardwalk and that makes it very convenient when you can't get something actually on the boardwalk.

I specifically asked for my room to be cleaned, but nobody came to clean it.The refrigerator was also full of water from melting ice and was leaking, and I had to clean it myself. The breakfast was very disappointing and definitely not worth what you pay for. Overall, the entire hotel felt neglected and poorly maintained. The location also did not feel safe at all, especially at night. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. To make the situation even worse, an unknown woman was banging on my hotel door at around 3 AM.That was extremely frightening and made me feel even more unsafe. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.I will absolutely never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel was great for the price. The rooms were clean, pretty modern compare to some of the other big name hotels in the area. The staff were really nice and accommodating. I was told that the breakfast was fresh and had many options. Actually, the only negative was the environment surrounding the hotel, and even with the rampid drug use in the area, those individuals were kind too lol. We are 3 women and we walked safely during both day and night, the entire weekend. It’s a 5 minute walk to the hard rock board walk area, the bus stations AND the ceased board walk area. Also there’s a 7/11 across the street. It’s in a super convenient place. I usually plan better, but if I had a last minute trip and was on a super tight budget, I wouldn’t rule this hotel out.

This hotel staff were not knowledgeable about the facilities they didn’t discuss how to enter the hotel and exit witch made my stay difficult the closest door in my room was difficult to access and was doubling over all this stay was terrible,and I feel like I didn’t get a good experience.

The check in was smooth and the staff was friendly. Hotel smelled musty and combo of disinfectant and cannabis. The hotel seemed rather old. The rooms were clean but the sheer curtains liners were shredded, lol. There were mysterious reddish stains on the carpet that looked like nail polish. Thankfully the bed was very comfy and bedding was clean. The bathroom could use a makeover but was clean. The bath towels were super thin and too short to be average sized bath towels. For two people only two towels in the room. The water pressure was ok, but it took forever to get hot water. We got back to the hotel late after exploring The AC boardwalk, to come back to the fire alarm going off for ten minutes and the fire department showing up! Apparently someone was smoking in their room. I had to call the front desk to find out as no one was letting us know what was going on. The free breakfast was great. Hot breakfast and other cold options. Ends early though at 9 am. Wish hotels extended breakfast for us night owls. The parking was good, they have their own lot, but $25 a day seems excessive. Probably would not stay there again but it served the purpose for a quick weekend getaway.

The place was low budget at best. I will never stay there again for the price

I like how the property is close to the broad walk. Room service in my opinion was poor.

Location was a concern considering the appearance.

I would recommend for someone that is only staying for 2 days or for someone that’s doing a quick getaway like I did. My room was ok it was decent . I wish it was cleaner but over all definitely good for just sleeping and a quick getaway.
