Our room's card reader did not work and there weren't any other rooms available so we have to ask someone at the front desk to open our door every time we went out and came back. One of the times we waited over 15 mins for someone to come and open our door. We had to wait until the next day to see if another room would be available.

$25 dollars for parking. It should be included with your stay since the parking lot belongs to the Hotel

Just stayed for a quick night. In terms of the room everything was fine. However, check in line was two hours long!!

Checkin was ridiculously long we waited 1.30 hours in line to check in to our room. This should have been handled better, while some wait is expected due to the change in the property management software 1.30 hours is not acceptable. Hotel was clean and rooms were comfortable.

I had to be transferred from another hotel because the A/C didn’t work at the one we originally booked , it was supposed to be a similar room, King with an ocean view. Get to the hotel, the room isn’t available. They put my husband and I in a double queen parking lot view. The A/C was not working and the room was at 80 degrees. They had maintenance come up to fix it, woke up sweating. The A/C was not fixed. They transferred us to another room, another double queen. The view was better, but the A/C in this room did not work either. They had maintenance come up again, this time they fixed it. The amount of time we spent not being able to sleep and trying to get some relief from heat on the 15th floor was ridiculous. The hotel staff seemed polite enough, but did the bare minimum to accommodate. My husband and I were on vacation for our anniversary and the lack of sleep and heat made it difficult to enjoy the room. It was not relaxing at all.

We are giving the hotel **3 stars** because we specifically chose it because it was advertised as pet-friendly. However, the **$250 pet fee per stay** was a major disappointment. We feel this fee should be clearly displayed on the main hotel page so guests can make an informed decision before booking. I tried to cancel and book elsewhere but it was less than 24 hours so they didn’t let me cancel the reservation without charging me for the night. Other pet-friendly hotels we have stayed at typically charge around **$50 per stay**, making the $250 fee significantly higher. This was the **only major con of our stay**, but for us, it was a big one. 🐾

Accommodations were Great. Comfortable bed and very clean. Staff very polite.

The facility was very clean. The staff was not nice. They was not knowledgable of their jobs at all. The included breakfast was a joke....3 choices at starbucks. The billing is ridiculous. Make sure to check your bills after you check out, i was overcharged on alot of things .

The hotel was largely renovated but still a bit dated, especially the bathroom. I had a poor check-in experience due to them switching their system that very day but the staff was very pleasant. The rooms were clean but I wished that they had more amenities - a pool, included breakfast or at least even a paid breakfast area to eat but there really wasn't much to the hotel for amenities.

Clean hotel, well stocked, pleasant staff. Great location.

great location parking price needs to be a little lower

Thought something was off in the room and then realized that the TV had been ripped from the unit. The room was also hot and found the AC not working along with a pool of water on the floor near it. The front desk team was excellent and eventually moved us to another room but not what we expected based on the Marriott name and cost to stay.

Good hotel. Clean, comfortable beds. Quiet. Good location. Have stayed here a few times.

Air conditioner was turned off from our room and the hallway at 7am. No complimentary coffee or tea. Had to pay for coffee in the morning. Had some pastries for sale in the morning for breakfast that didn’t look fresh. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, or book this hotel ever again.
