Good place to stay. Close enough to the beach

The property is very clean and close to the boardwalk

Was and still a problem with the shower faucet not working properly

The hotel is clean and the staff is very nice friendly and helpful. It would help if there were air-conditioning in the gym. Also, would be nice if the bistro was hoping in the morning till least 1030.

I had a nice stay at the Courtyard. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only issue is that the a/c wasn't working properly. I let the front desk know and I hope it's fixed for the next guest(s). The property is in walking distance to the Boardwalk and lots of restaurants.

The property was close enough to the boardwalk and was clean. Unfortunately they were having some type of issue and right outside my door there was a large fan blowing throughout my stay. At about 1130 pm a blaring noise started coming from smoke detector in our room. Maintenance thought he fixed it , I got no answer from front desk so I had to go downstairs and then we were switched to another room but it was really late by this time.

Our last night there, room beside us left their “service” dog in their room. Barked til midnight. Staff tried to call the owners a few times without luck. Supervisor Mike was good. We would probably try somewhere else next time.

Room was a good size. Elevators a bit slow. Front desk very inconsistent in terms of service. Exercise room was a sauna...we had asked a couple of times to get it fixed...no results. I'd probably stay again if I had too!

The room is a little outdated but nice and clean. Decent area with parking around back. A pet peeve of mine is room temperature control. I run hot and like the air conditioning on high. The thermostat was set and locked and I was unable to change it. On the positive side we checked out right at 11 and made our way to the lobby. It was about 11:02 when we saw the Bistro in the lobby had Starbucks coffee. We decided to get a coffee for the road. Little did we know they had just closed a few minutes ago. The girl at the counter was outstanding. She was kind and helpful as she said our late arrival was no problem. She even made a new pot of coffee for us. No rolling her eyes or attitude just superb customer service. That doesn’t happen too often these days and I wanted to note that in my review.

It was humid the night we were there, and the A/C was not cold enough. We tried to adjust it, but the room was still hot, and we couldn't sleep well because of that.

I reserved with parking and i got charged for parking at the hotel. They said they made a refund but i never received it until today (its been 5 months)

Everything was beautiful and well put together the staff was amazing I would definitely come to stay again

El AC de la habitación no funcionaba a pesar que nos llegaron a hacer al respectiva revisión técnica, pero nunca funcionó y nos estuvieron mintiendo todo el tiempo que iba a funcionar y nunca sirvió. En su lugar nos ofrecieron un ventilador lo cual es totalmente ridículo e inaceptable para una cadena como Marriot. El AC de los pasillos del hotel tampoco funcionaba. Encontramos una cucaracha en la habotaci´pn, en fin, una experiencia totalmente desgradable.

When we arrived, we were told that only a room with two double beds was available. We were given several different explanations, including that the hotel didn’t have our contact information to notify us of the change, which did not inspire confidence. The supervisor, Mike, was not helpful and showed little interest in resolving the issue. When the manager became involved, the situation only became more frustrating. Instead of taking ownership, she continued making excuses. She first offered us a room that was supposedly a “king room” but didn’t actually have a king bed, and then offered another room where the air conditioning was not working properly. To make matters worse, the manager said she would contact Expedia to cancel the reservation and request a refund if we chose not to stay, but she never followed through. The most disappointing part wasn’t just the room issue—it was how it was handled. Mistakes can happen, but professionalism, honesty, and genuine customer service make all the difference. Instead, we were met with excuses, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. This trip was meant to be a peaceful escape for my wife during a difficult time, and it was heartbreaking to have the experience overshadowed by such poor customer service.

The staff was very helpful! They get to you quickly and help you find the best places to visit. The room and the hotel was clean and they did provide complimentary water. The only thing is that the restaurant there was closed while we visited

Great location, room furnishings were comfortable and up to date. Only issue was HVAC - I booked our 3 night stay about 10 weeks in advance, and after booking noticed complaints in more recent reviews about non-functioning AC in the rooms, and unhelpful staff and mgmt. We had no issues checking in (no long line at desk, room was ready) but I did ask the clerk to make sure we had a room with no history of AC issues. He assured me that the hotel was now offering ONLY rooms with functioning ACs after all the problems they have been having. Sure enough, the room was cool when we entered (#1502) but the AC failed during the night. Following morning at 7:00 am I contacted desk to ask for assistance and clerk was useless "I only work parttime and there is no manager here." So I checked back again at 9:30 and new clerk sent a maintenance person up. The maintenance person was super helpful, reset the air handler located behind a panel in the room, and the air kicked back on. For 2 hours. Then it failed again. Back down to the front desk. This time a manager was there, assigned us a new room (#1601). But, AC not working - thermostat was set at 65 but temperature was 79. Back down to the front desk, and assigned another room (#1603). Third try was the charm, no more AC issues. Expert tip: as soon as you go into the room compare the thermostat setting to the actual temperature! Other than that - great stay, friendly & helpful staff with only the one exception.
