The hotel is decent and well maintenance. The room was nice and clean and the beds were actually great with newer pillows which doesn't clump up.. that was very nice. Hotel has parking for $25 extra in the back of the location. Very simple clean hotel with no resort fee necessary and just 7 mins walk to Hard Rock which is great for what we were looking for.

Understaffed. Long wait time to checkin. Need to significantly improve sign directing guests where to park. Offered 2 free breakfasts. Need to better inform guests of bistro's hours of operation. We missed breakfast on Friday do to bistro being closed at 9:30am. Left Saturday without getting breakfast sandwich due to enormous wait time. Once again, understaffed. Guests seemed confused regarding complimentary breakfast. Options very limited. If you have low expectations, stay here. If you have high expectations, look elsewhere.

Staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be. First room they tried to put us in the ac was broken. Moved to another room and walked in to a room that was not cleaned from the previous guests. Then finally the third room was tolerable but hair/dust in corners of the bathroom…gross. Hallways were very hot. Building is old and dated. Really could use and overhaul.

The room was very clean. The tap water only had hot water, no matter which way we turned the handle. There weren’t any vending machines nearby for cold or drinkable water. Other than that, we had a great stay! Be aware that there is a cost for overnight parking!

I didn’t like anything at this hotel down to the customer service. I check in on Thursday evening I got there at check in time in my room wasn’t ready in also the door was messed up . I felt like the room wasn’t fully clean because the shower still had soap scum in the soap dish in I feel if I was waiting until Fourth thirty. I would never book this one establishment. They change my room evenly because of the door issue. The young lady that I check In with told me that she would call me when my room was ready which she didn’t I had to go up to her in also she was on the phone she didn’t acknowledge me when I was standing right in front of her because she was on the phone .

Had AC burn up in our room. Smoke was terrible. They gave us another room. Refrigerator was smaller and full of ice as well as the shower curtain was a musty nasty smell. They replaced it but it was shorter , therefore water was all over bathroom floor. They wanted to charge us parking but I booked on expedia and it indicated free parking. Also stated breakfast for two, looked at menu and it had a cost and nothing was had by us for Breakfast. My reservation also included breakfast for 2. Very disappointed not only in the hotel but in our visit to a run down city of Atlantic City, New Jersey. I truly believe we should have been comped for at least one night with all these issues we faced. Truly dissapointed.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; the room was spacious, well cleaned, and the bed was comfy. Several outlets either didn't work, or were loose enough that plugs fell out. The shower faucet was finicky, not working unless positioned at a precise angle.

My room had no ac in it for two days and I ended up leaving two days early because of it. I slept in 85 degree weather and my daughter and son in law complained but it was never fixed. The staff was nice and room was clean for the most part at least

The location was good. Rooms were a good size. Bath and shower were reasonable. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Our check in time was 4.00pm. We arrived 6.30pm and still one room was not ready. We had to wait 15 minutes. Next we were out all day but when we came back room was not cleaned up. We had to ask for towels.

The AC wasn’t working. They switched us from one room to another to make it seem like it was just the room. My family and I had to check out at 3am and find another hotel to go to because the second room was hot as well. The manager that night gave us a refund but it was very inconvenient for my family and i. Specially having two younger kids with us and having to find somewhere else to sleep. If the front desk would’ve told us from the beginning the ac wasn’t working we would’ve been okay with just going somewhere else then instead of the middle of the night.

Dispute several complaints no resolution and at checkout the front desk staff said we were warned there was NO air at checkout and that is a lie Worst experience of my life Room was musty No housekeeper No fresh towels

They do charge to park in their lot but had a door to the elevator we may stay again

Staff was very helpful, although could've been a little more knowledgeable of what my stay consisted of (parking, breakfast) I was charged for breakfast (i had called 8am the same day we were checking out to get it taken care of in advance) and had to wait sometime the day of check out to get it removed as it was included and I was charged for it and only one person could remove the charge. But the staff was helpful non the less with other issues we ran into and wete able to take care of all issues. Overall great hotel.
