Red Carpet Inn & Suites

Stay AWAY from this place! It’s dirty, blankets are stained, bathrooms are disgusting. The walls and floors were poorly patched up. We booked a non smoking room, and the whole motel smelt of smoke. Me and my family were not pleased about this place. Red carpet displayed false pictures which seemed like the hard rock hotel more than the red carpet it self. It was so bad that we had to find somewhere else to stay. Terrible place to stay.

Very clean, friendly staff, close to the boardwalk bed are very comfortable.

We requested for a full refund; as we had to book another hotel room for the following night, but they only agreed to refund for the one night's booking after a lot of hassles and atleast 10-15 calls with Expedia and their hotel manager, who was extremely unprofessional and rude. It is no way a suites and inn hotel as they have mentioned, rather a very cheap motel sort of with zero safety and amenities. Infact the room pictures they have displayed are highly edited and looks posh but in reality, it's a shabby dumphole.

This place is dump. Dirty carpeting on the narrow stairs to the room, walls were patched, we would highly recommend people to stay elsewhere. Parking is a problem also.

Easy access to hard rock

Parking at the hotel is a real hassle. You have to park in a small, cramped area under the hotel, where you have to park in front of each other. When you leave, you have to rearrange the cars! Our room was adequate for our needs, but it was very dusty and the sheets were stained when we arrived. Luckily, on the second day, the cleaner changed the sheets without being asked, so they probably noticed the stains too! It served its purpose for the short time we were there.

Great location to the boardwalk! Limited parking. The front desk guy couldn't find my reservation at first, but we eventually figured it out. The bed and floors were clean. The bathroom could use some updating, but I only stayed a night so it wasn't a huge deal.

This property needs to be imploded. I did not stay here, and I was out of there within two or three minutes. It smelled of terrible disinfectant. Although the gate keeper, if he will was trying to be helpful, we started with a broken elevator, and then he was challenged to open the door to the room that I wanted to see, which was absolutely unacceptable. The room was so old and out date, the towel was dirty I’m so glad I had my owe stuff. Tub has rings in that would not come out. I ask for non smoking room and they would NOT GIVE THAT . This hotel is Rey out dated
