SOHO Suites Atlantic City Beach Block

Value, parking lot option next door, and location

The staff No breakfast

Our event was at the Hard Rock which was only across the street. Elevator was small and so was the garage. These were the only draw backs but nothing that can really be done about that. Public Parking was right across the street if needed.

Everything about it was grate

Location only, nothing else . Booking arrangements was incomplete. Room was funky and not clean, sand all over the floor and on couch . Advertise on site parking was not available. Breakfast options was not good

The size of the rooms and location Swimming pool was cloudy.fresh towels need to be provided and garbage should be emptied when guest stay multiple nights

Staff was pleasant. Room was reasonably clean. It was quiet. Pool water was cloudy. Sheets were not cotton. Location did not feel safe, though we were safe in our room without question. Room safe did not function, the batteries were missing. Coffee was really bad.

It was cute, updated and modern once in the room. Lobby nice, hallways not so much but room was nice. The parking was interesting and not so ideal. The slamming of hotel doors and kids running was out of control. The rooms by the stairs have no insulation. You hear every foot step and noise even the garage door and car alarm beeps from 1st floor.

They add a noshow in booking for my stay, I asked them about it on the day of the staying and they mentioned it was an error and I wouldn’t be charged, I was charged today and I am having no support to fix it.
