The bed and the pillows wasn’t comfortable at all, other than that everything was fine

Had beautiful room in north tower and wish we lived there. Large walk in shower and wraparound windows. Just beautiful. Out check in clerk was a superstar. We will be back soon. Didn’t know we could have brought our service dog.

It was our first time staying at The Hard Rock Hotl at Atlantic City, we stayed 2 night and it was an amazing hotel, check in was so easy and fast, room was very clean and spacious, the bathroom was also very clean, and good size. Entertainment every night at The Lobby Bar, so much fun. I really enjoyed staying here, can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I stayed for the night and they upgraded us to a suite for free. It was a good stay for the night and we had no complaints.

Beautifully maintained facilities rooms and bathrooms, very clean. Wi-Fi was strong. Unlike other places, staff was helpful cordial and attentive , elevators, worked perfectly! Not to many kids running around which is nice when your trying to focus on gambling or just trying to relax. Definitely worth the money. Highly recommended. Will be back.

Very nice rooms. Casino had up to date games

Check in was terrible. The girl at thr front desk couldn't answer any of my questions about the property or confirm what the resort fee was. I then called the operator upon entering our room whinalso couldn't confirm what the resort fee was. I was told that none of that information is available electronically on their end and that the only way to find out was upon check out. We stayed in the north tower and paid $300/night. There was no water for the coffee machine. The hallways were dirty and rundown as was our room. The shower hadn't been cleaned and there was hair and mold in it. The hard cafe itself was terrible. Staff, service and quality of the food were all awful. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing and admitttedly told us that the two times we ate there. The food itself wasn"t hot. It was dry and overcooked as it had been sitting under heat lamps for an hour plus. We know this because we were facing the open kitchen watching the kitchen staff prepare and run the food. Restaurant and kitchen were also very dirty.

Everything was good

The hotel itself is pretty dated. Although we stayed on a non-smoking floor, the location of the smoking section of the casino next to the elevators allows the smoke to drift and permeate the hallways. There was no switch to shut off the bathroom fan, which if it had been quiet wouldn't have been a problem, but it was quite loud and obnoxious. Not sure what the $40 w/ tax resort fee was for, since it didn't cover beach chairs ($16/$20), beach umbrella ($25), nor parking ($30).
