Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City

We decided to go to Hard Rock for July 4th. It is one of the nicer hotels in Atlantic City and it has a wide variety of very good restaurants. The lobby bar has live bands and was also fun. We booked in the north tower which is the new building and although it takes more time to get to the lobby, it is well kept and the rooms and bathrooms are roomier. What I didn’t like is that I paid for an ocean view room and asked for a view of the Ferris wheel. While I had a partial ocean view. It was mostly a view of the top of the parking lot and the old hotel next door. It was not worth the premium cost for an ocean view room. The rooms itself do not include water or any extras like bathrobes or slippers. There was a coffee maker. The closet is large and there is plenty of counter space in the bathroom. But the rainfall shower didn’t have a handheld option which I didn’t like. The bed and sheets were very comfortable. The self-parking situation was as bad as other reviewers mentioned. The signage is not very descriptive so we had a difficult time finding how to find the lobby check in when we arrived and again when we had to find our car when we were leaving. Do yourself a favor and use the valet parking that is available. It’s only a few dollars more and it’s my understanding that you only have to pay once. I wish I would have done that because it’s well worth the extra $15. The location was good because it’s close to several tiki bars on the beach and steps from amusement park.

That is the only good thing I can say about this place

Amazing stay. Clean rooms and resort. Resturants had awesome food variety. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

The room was clean and smelled like it also. You could smell the clean as you walked to your room.

​My first stay at the Hard Rock Hotel was absolutely excellent. The staff provided great service everyone was incredibly helpful and pleasant throughout our visit. A major highlight was the performance by the band at the Lobby Bar; we really enjoyed the live music! My significant other and I were there celebrating her 50th birthday, and it was the perfect spot for it. The pool was also delightful and refreshing. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it!

First timers have. Also room was very hot at night! And there seemed to have been a problem with the drain in the bathroom tub room 1711. I was surprised room didn’t have cold water also !

Our room had a beautiful view of ocean and was very clean and nice size. I loved all the choices to eat and I like that it is on boardwalk. I do wish the outdoor lounge area by the pool was open to use.

The room was very clean, the air conditioning was excellent, and the bathroom was spotless and equipped with everything needed.

Nice place to spend a couple days

The hotel is very clean and I was treated very well; I have no complaints. I would definitely come back for my next holiday.

A great place to spend a long weekend. Great accommodations and lots of food choices. Would definitely go back.

It was awesome! If that's a slight upgrade, I'm in! Beautiful room, clean and bright. Beautiful view of the pier and ocean.

It was a nice stay only one bad thing that there was a food cart was leftover by my room.

We had a fabulous time at the Hardrock Hotel. Wonderful room and amenities.

The AC in the room didnt work at all. No one tried to fix it.

at check in they gave me a smoking room and I’m not smoking either me or my wife I tried hard to change it to none smoking room but I said they are not helpful Me and my wife spent a worse’s night in our life 😡😡😡
