They don’t have vending machines for water then the elevator was ratchet

The staff were very nice, courteous and attentive to our needs and wants

The place is too old. Its too frightening to get into the elevator, as its too old. The lightings the plugs , the AC are all old.

Rooms was. Ok the problem was the breakfast they don't have any breakfast Breakfast room in the corner we went downstairs for breakfast at 9.00 am no breakfast at all at that time

It Was Right Off The Boardwalk Very Dirty Room , Rips In Carpet , Dirty Bathtub , Very Out Of Date Hotel .

Location, friendly staff and free parking Non-smoking rooms had cigarette smell from previous tenants. Could have more breakfast.

I wasnt expecting much for the price compared to other hotels in the area and I've stayed in worse, it was outdated with minimal amenities, at least the mini fridge kept our drinks cold and we had a place to crash for the night. If you're looking for "nice" spend the extra and pick another hotel, if you're looking for a place to sleep and dont care that much then this is one of the cheaper options. Parking is good for compact cars not trucks or full size suvs

Nasty

The location is right off the boardwalk . The facility has a horrible musty, smokey , funky smell. The TV did not work in the room by the time we got a working one it was past midnight. The room smelled just like the hotel. It just did not feel sanitary the shower had hair in. I've never been more disappointed and it was nowhere near the amount of money I paid for the room. Just because it's an older hotel does not mean it can't be fixed up and cleaned. The room had old dirty shade lamps and only one worked. No USB chargers even though we brought our back pieces we did not feel safe plugging them in so we charged our phones in the vehicle. I didn't want to risk starting a fire.

From the outside to the lobby to the room, the whole place was dirty. The feeling of being dirty. As soon as I walked into my room I felt like I had bugs all over me. The whole place just felt gross.

Rather well kept older motel. For the cost it is more upkept than most properties of this vintage, brand & pricepoint. Close to the beach & public transit. The elevator on the property is a small gem of a classic machine. Fairly well maintained bathroom. Working fridge, comfortable bed & a nice balcony. A/C worked well. No overwhelming aromas & working TV. Carpets & fabric on chairs in the room are well-worn. Our room's toilet seat cover had some curling iron scars. Average neighborhood for AC, ability to feel comfortable very much depends on where you typically spend your time.

Everything it's okay to be

The staff were nice but this is a very outdated and basic hotel. There were many beer/alcohol cans outside and the area surrounding the hotel is not the nicest. The rooms could be cleaner and definitely need a refresh. Air conditioner worked well.

had black mold, and had to be cleaned thoroughly. The air did feel fresh at all. Would not recommend!!! The hotel is in urgent need of repairs!!!

It was right at the boardwalk. One of their attendee was great..their muffins were good.. No vending machines..or ATM machines..
