Boardwalk Resorts Atlantic Palace

El hotel tiene buena ubicación cerca de todo, el problema es que las instalaciones están descuidadas, si no tienes pase al parque de agua no tienes piscina, en fin volvería solo por el parque de agua. Pedí que me asignarán una habitación de las remodeladas y me dieron una de las viejas, aunque estaba limpia y cómoda.

The room was disgusting. When I walked in the room had a bad odor. The floor was dirty with hair and the carpet was badly stained. The kitchen and table were not cleaned. The sheets had blood stains and the the bathroom clearly had mold. Bathtub and When I asked for extra towels for my spouse they said I can only have 1 more, they expected us to use the same towel. Will never come back here again. I cannot express enough how dirty this place was.

It’s not for us. The smell of smoke inside my apt was a lot . It was hard to be inside . The hotel is old . The location is perfect if you like the area.

Nothing Nothing went well. I stepped into our room #711 with my wife and children. My kids immediately did not even want to sit on the couch that was falling apart. The view was the parking garage wall, and then we walked into the bathroom to hair all over the bathtub. Just to top it off as we walked into the kitchen my son saw ants. We immediately packed up and left. I will never return there again and do not recommend it. The place is highly rated and maybe just make sure you do not stay in 711 because the lady at the front desk immediately responded and said they get a lot of complaints about room 711!

Rooms are clean staff were always friendly and helpful. It’s pretty simple place buildings definitely dated and it needs better upkeep. But , like I said, the room was definitely clean. It is no longer $14 for the resort fee. It’s $15 per day plus you have a $12 parking fee per day. If you book on site, there is a $250 refundable deposit but through Expedia it is only $100 refundable deposit. The parking and the resort fee are not included in the price when you book, those are paid on site and are in addition to what you pay Expedia.

We had a huge bathroom and living space. My partner loved the tub with the Jacuzzi. I also loved that it had an entryway right onto the boardwalk. The arcade was fun and the pool was nice. The pool was on the 3rd floor so you could overlook the ocean, which was beautiful. Also, there was access to a very good and popular diner on the boardwalk. What I didn't like was that I had the worst view imaginable. I had a view of the parking garage and the dirty streets. Also, there is a club right across the street so there were a lot of rowdy and questionable characters right outside of the hotel. Not great if you have kids. Also, none of the treadmills worked in the gym and some of the arcade game buttons didn't work either. The elevators were slow and the lights in the hallway flickered (we were on the 5th floor.)

Great stay . My 5 th time staying here . Best location on board walk perfect diner in hotel on boardwalk . Can’t go wrong .

Location is great and it was clean The staff was not friendly or helpful they would pass you in the halls never said good morning I have stayed here off and on for 20 years and the staff was always friendly but not anymore unfortunately I will never book here again

I don't even know where to start but let me just start off by saying you gotta take your own trash out. Not just that but the room we were staying in air-conditioning was messed up so it was going completely too low and since they were too booked out and they could not put us in a different room we had to stay and on top of that when I called them to give us blankets they said oh sorry we ran out I was truly like... huh not just that, but they were just taking their good time for when I need things and I called the front desk. And since it's literally on the boardwalk, I would have honestly thought that they will have room service every day because we're gonna be at the beach with all that sand.. but nope then on top of that OMG the elevators.. there was over 30 minute wait to get on the elevator during morning time.. I genuinely wish that they have their own elevators for the housekeepers because when they put their stuff in the elevator, it practically fills the elevator up. Other than that the view was pretty from the room.

There was an issue with my booking and they made sure they took care of us. They have awesome people in their front desk. Everyone that works there was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back to stay. Everything was perfect!

For me it was all about enjoy my daughter’s birthday, the room was fine but needed maintenance, The refrigerator was completely frozen not usable I didn’t complain I didn’t want to waste my time, the view was amazing the place is fantastic everything is close by but they need to put some love to the property especially the pool I went once and preferred the beach, I hope they work on it because it’s a beautiful place and is located in a very convenient location for the guests. Try it you might be luckier than me.
