Great room, could have used extra towels as it slept 6ppl and there was only 3 towels. Liked it had a kitchenette. The play room was closed, wished it were open. Wish walls were a little thicker could here everything in the adjacent room which did keep me up much later than i wanted to be.

I liked the location to the beach. The room seemed a bit stuffy and not as clean as I would expect. I found a cookie a dried out cookie under the bed when i dropped something and went to pick it up.

Everything was great location, parking, rate for one day. There was a young lady at the front desk that did not have proper customer service skills she had an attitude for what reason I don't know. Plus I go there every summer and this is the first time I get there around 230 and I can't check in smh I know check in is at 4pm but like I stated this the first time I couldn't check in early but I think the young lady had a lot to do with it.

I booked a 1 bedroom - last 2 times they gave me a view overlooking a car park, i was not happy with that given it was twice in a row and i have been coming there for many years. Last 2 times there has never been a full complement of bath towels, had to call down 3 times, the wait is undesirable.

I would be very amazed if we ever stayed at this site again.

My stay at Atlantic Palace was a bit disappointing. I’ve stayed there before, and it lacked in many areas. The one bedroom suite had damaged furniture and dishes, bowls, and utensils were very limited. The lounge chairs at the pool were damaged and umbrellas were limited to four. Not sure I will return to Atlantic Palace.

The view from the room was definitely incredible and wonderful. The door to the room needs repair, looks like someone breach the door, and hotel hadn’t repaired it fully. The vending machine coin slot was jammed full of coins, so that you couldn't buy anything. The front des hadno change for a$10 bill. So had to get 10 dollar worth of quartiers, that i couldn't use because of the jam. You get asked several times if you want to go on a time share thing. But the room was incredible .

So I booked it couple hours before we decided to leave home and I was glad I did. Everything that we was interested in was in walking distance and our room was facing the ocean and the boardwalk so at night it was a beautiful view. The pool was nice and warm and there was a restaurant literally right downstair in the lobby area so we had breakfast there. It’s family friendly and also great for couples too. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Atlantic palace and would definitely stay there’s again.

The view was nice, it smelled in the hallways and the room everything felt tacky/sticky. Smelled of vegetables being steamed. As if we were in a retirement home. I opened the door to the boardwalk and had something on my hand that was orange and brown was really disgusted.

Check in wasn’t until 4, I got there at 1pm with my kids and was able to check in. They have a few things to do inside the hotel kid friendly. The walk to the beach is literally 1 minute

Location and view Setup of room Room outdated Pool deck a mess Dirty broken lounge chairs Air conditioning filter very dirty as we had a weird smell in room Parking was difficult cars are to close to each other our new car had damage to door because of it. Trying to discuss with front desk issues given a ln attitude as if it was our fault something was wrong. I think you need to do customer training with staff. If they dont like their job find another. The guy who brought luggage to and from room Ruben was the only staff i found outstanding. When checking in was told they had to charge my card $143 dollars 43 was for parking and 100 would be returned to me when I check out. When my wife received bill we got charged the 143.00 which was never explained. When she questioned the girl she told my wife that's what it is and didn't want to hear anything else. I can go on with other things but im sure it wont make a difference
