Superb

Location straight to broadwalk. Shower no hot water. Called maintenance 3x. Maintenance came stated it was nothing he could do but acknowledge there was no hot water and acknowledge the room was not satisfactory.. He stated he was going to advised his boss of the room condition. I was pleased he showed professionalism and cared about was I was experiencing at this room 1208. Kitchen papertowels was wet in holder, stove/kitchen sink dirty, two body towels wet hanging on rack in bathroom. No wash rags. Bed skirt was hanging to one side of bed. Unmade properly. Floor needed vacuum. Cough drop hall rappers on the floors. Lights were dim. I was charged $22 resort fee at booking. I was charged $22 resort fee at checkin. $22 cash given.. I was double charged for resort fees. Checkin staff was horrible. Unpleasant unprofessional attitudes. The supervisor was argumentative regarding the double resort fee charged, she showed lil interest in resolving the double charge but instead requested the $22 through the employee doing the intake.

Awesome view of ocean and plenty of parking in garage. Short walk to Boardwalk Hall.

We had problems on our first night. But all problems were taken care of by Sunny and her manager. Thanks again for our excellent stay!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is fantastic — right on the boardwalk and just a short walk from the beach. The studio was in excellent condition, very clean, and the furniture looked almost brand new. Everything was well maintained, and I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the view from the window was amazing. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to others! The parking garage was very narrow. Even with a small car, it was not easy to get in and out.

Elevators were very slow and not clean.

Exceptional

Location perfect; view perfect; room OK. Bathroom jacuzzi tub incredibly difficult to navigate in and out; no grab bars; mold around the bottom of the mirror; no plastic glasses. Kitchen area had only paper towels, no cloth towel to wipe cleaned dishes.

I liked that it had a small kitchen, with everything included The sink bathroom was ro wide and the bathroom door was a little weird to open.

There were a few friendly staff members. Just a few. The hotel was very old and needs to be updated asap. The elevators take extremely long to come and when they do it’s super packed. Parking was horrific. We parked on the 6th floor and there was no elevator! Unbelievable! The rooms are not as depicted, I felt like I was bamboozled.

On my stay room was cleaning, the only issue was the room needed maintenance work, also I’m not received stay over service even when I requested.
