I like that the staff was prompt in getting us into our room and checking us in before the check-in hours. They also checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and that the room was clean. We were very satisfied with all the help that even the security personnel gave us.

Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Had to wait 2 hours after check in

Property needs some remodeling. We didn't get our room until 7 pm when the check in is at 4 pm. They just kept saying that it wasn't ready. There's no service in your room unless you call and ask for it, to provide you with clean towels, soap, etc. Not enough umbrellas by the pool area and the ones they have are broken. Ice machines were not working properly. Special thanks to Alicia and Brenda at the front desk. They were very helpful and professional.

The individual unit we stayed in was nice. The direct ocean view made up for everything lacking at this resort. Upon arrival thought we were walking into a grand lobby based off the photos online, it’s tiny and hot with people waiting all over the place because rooms weren’t ready at check in time, 4pm. They try to distract you by having you get your parking pass for the parking garage at a different counter. The lines at the elevator which there are only 3 for a 31 floor high rise that is used between guests and staff were always long. The gym is tiny, the game room was a joke, but your close enough to steel pier for that entertainment. The pool area was run down and dirty looking with dated loungers. The parking garage is tight with no elevator if you need that. Our room was for four guest. We had three people in our party. They supplied us with two towels, one wash cloth. No bedding for the pull out couch which luckily we had blankets from the car ride and extra beach towels because when we requested stuff twice never got anything. The hotel provided us a place to sleep and that’s about it. Being on the boardwalk was great with easy beach access and again the view we had from the 16th floor was breathtaking and made all the other issues bearable.

The view, the room the ac the tv shows The fact that I had to pay $100 holding fee from booking.com for my room then get there and they took another $100 for the same thing, then the elevators dint work so we had to walk down 7 flights of stairs with a two year old, a 2 month old and a baby stroller, beach chairs and baby bag and toys to go on the beach

Everything was good kitchen Broadwalk parking

The ocean view was beautiful, but that’s where the positives ended. The elevators were not working properly, resulting in 30-minute waits, and guests were told to take the stairs in a 30-story hotel, which is unacceptable. Several staff members were short and came across as rude rather than helpful. The hallways had little to no air conditioning, and the hotel is in need of updates. They also do not offer late check-out. Overall, I would not stay here again.

The amazing views That nobody came to clean the room after my second night. Also only 1 and a half tissue and No extra garbage bags

The cleaning staff did a great job Old smelly outdated ghetto was afraid there was going to be bed bugs. Cleaning staff did the best they could with what they have to work with. If the cleaning stuff wasn't so good I would have left. The room was large but everything in it looked like it was from the '70s or '80s. Definitely not worth the amount of money I paid for it.

I love the location

Location , view Property need renovation , room was dirty, and bad smell . I suppose that in the past my room on level 5 was smoking room because when come in you still feel cigarettes. Kitchen was ok but rest need renovation. When I try change the room on the front desk they told me that is not possible.

Très proche de la plage…c’est très pratique d’avoir une mini cuisine dans la chambre

The location to everything No one wanted to answer questions. No provide help .

Nice ocean view, staff was great checking in. Checking out , ahhh not so much. Room was ok . Parking is very tight. Access to boardwalk. Lots of panhandlers, drunks and bums. Not very family oriented. Beach was ok as well but again local bums and drunks. So will I return. Probably not, or if I did maybe stay at Oceans resort where there is not ho.eless or drunk bums messing with you.

Guys, fix the elevators. One is out and it causes waits at the elevators, since they're already so slow. We waited at one point15 minutes for an elevator to go back to our room. Other than that it's an old hotel it's a little worn and everything was I'd say about three star clean maybe four. Totally acceptable for a a family, we normally stay at high end places so for the average person I bet this is a five-star. The rate made up for any lack of anything. Very affordable and great for families.

Nothing special

The room was awesome! The view of the beach and the jacuzzi tubs and the space of room was great. The elevator situation needs to be addressed. At certain points your waiting 20 minutes plus to get on the elevator. There was only w working elevators for a building that has 30 floors. The parking lot is a disaster. It has no elevator and it's very tightly packed.
-
Everything except 2 things. The elevator is horrible the wait time just slow and long wait.
-
The room was clean and a nice size with a kitchen area. The ocean view from the room was also nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved how easy it was to get to the boardwalk, unlike the others casinos where you have to weave through the casino, this hotel was literally a few steps and you’re on the boardwalk. The only huge issue was the elevators. They are extremely slow and you’ll be waiting forever to get one.
