We had a great time
-
Other than some needed signage/maps to navigate from the parking garage, to check in, to rooms, to boardwalk, was a nice stay
-
all i have to say is that it was humid and 80F outside. meanwhile the room was 75F and wouldn't cool down. was not worth the big price tag for one night

So happy with the hotel.

This is an older hotel so it could use a little sprucing up but the rooms are clean, bed was terrific, location great.

First off, this could be a beautiful hotel. It was cheap so I should of expected what I came across. There were no soaps in the bathroom upon arrival (lobby, pool bathroom) only 1 tiny soap in the room bathroom. When asked for assistance we were told "the homeless steal them" that was the same answer given by multiple staff. A shame. Floors were dirty, and windows very rough to look out of. When we needed more towels I had to go find housekeeping my self, because no one answered the phone. I even asked the front desk before venturing out, upon returning , no towels. Just very disappointed. I chose this hotel for the historic decor and location. I will not be staying here again.

We had to wait very long time for food delivery

Leak on the bathroom ceiling shower door falling

The toilet in the room was broken and ran constantly, causing us to have to remove the lid and fix the chain after every flush. The beds were tiny, causing a family of four to have two people sleep on the floor. Staff was courteous. Location was fantastic. Fitness room was GREAT! Pool was not too bad Overall, an okay experience. We wish we had been on one of the renovated floors.

Whether it was amazing or not-so-good, your experience helps other travellers make their choice. Details about cleanliness are especially helpful.

If I felt like writing the long horrible review I have for this staff and hotel I would. Just know the staff and hotel raggedy ghetto dirty! SAD supervisor SAD!

The place was a nice location to the casino and beach. The actual building is not well maintained. The elevators were not working and there were lines to take one out of 5 elevators. Also the hallways and the elevators were very dirty.

You could feel the coils when laying on the bed. Check-in was at 4 and they advised the room wasn’t ready. They stated since check in is from 4-11pm. The room doesn’t have to be ready till the end of that period, Would not go back

No complaints

This place being right on the boardwalk and next to some of the most expensive hotels was great. Im addition, the beach and the Tiki Bar access was right outside, which was perfect. The hotel has an older decor, but it's fine. We weren't there to stay inside.

Great. Breakfast. You need more wait staff in the restaurant during the breakfast hours. Actually on the second day the waitress was so busy that we left and had coffee etc at doncun doned, certainly not as nice as your restaurant. Had a little trouble with parking ticket when leaving; turned out we had already been charged and all we needed was t,he bar code ticket.
