Elevator was too slow

Great rates, very welcoming staff and conveniently located to the beach and all the boardwalk has to offer. Love it here and have stayed many times. Highly recommend.

Hotel needs updating. The location is good. The prices were fair. Our room was on the 14th floor, so couldn’t open windows. The room was smelly. We had to turn the AC on all the time.

Great stay

My experience at this hotel was satisfactory, although there were a few issues. Firstly, the hotel’s odor upon entering was unpleasant, reminiscent of urine. Secondly, the hotel’s water supply was interrupted for several hours, resulting in the water turning brown when it was eventually restored. Apart from these minor inconveniences, the overall stay was satisfactory.

Elevators took way too long. Restaurant staff was rude and had limited food available. Rooms not very clean .

Close to restaurant Jhonny rocket that’s is affordable . Close to the beach . Have game room downstairs . Smoke area , lounge and non smoking areas in the roof . Pool is perfectly warm . I loved it . Not too expensive. Everything was great

I didn’t ruin anything and I still haven’t received my deposit that I gave I didn’t like the part of not having received my deposit

Everything, except what's pointed below. The old world charm of the building and its classic lines, I liked best. An additional trash can. Two very small ones are not enough. An additional towel. Two for 2 people are not enough. To have the power outlets of the lamps work. They didn't. Otherwise, add another outlet. Staff at front desk on day 1 could have tried a little to come across pleasant, regardless of the type of day one's having or how much one's job may not be fulfilling,

Check in took way too long. Only 2 towels in the bathroom, toilet wouldn't flush, elevators took forever. Key card stopped working because the "system" crashed. And no one would answer so had to go to the front desk. And nothing was resolved. Will never stay there again

Close to the beach and boardwalk but they invaded our privacy and staff entered the room on us with a do not disturb sign on the door and left abruptly when they found us in there and didn’t answer when we asked why they they were there. Scary and manager was totally rude when we asked about the situation. Floors were dirty and not very clean overall.

Everything was exactly. FIRST time :I had to run up and down because the key to my room didn't work. Then they gave me keys to someone's room the 2 time.

Great location and very clean Slow elevators

With multiple concerts and events happening on summer weekends there should be a back up program/plan. We were there early and could have been checked in manually. We got back at 3:15 to a line of about 20 people. Check in was suppose to start at 4. It took an hour and 20 minutes to check in and when were were done there were easily 100 people in line. After our concert, close to 11PM the line was still that long and it was impossible to get an elevator. There was also a rooftop party going on. People were forced to use the stairs, which is okay for some but not for everyone

If there is an event in the area, check-in could take up to an hour
