The Dennis Tower is outdated. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Hotel location near boardwalk a plus.

Great location - few hospitality staff - those that we did find were helpful

Clean / spacious room

Hall carpets are filthy and bunched up or duct taped. Carpet in rooms are sticky. Bed was horribly uncomfortable with a huge dip in the middle. No hot water, mildly warm at best. Windows in lobby disgusting. Casino looked clean but we are not gamblers. We booked for the hotel but clearly not what the invest in to keep up. Would not stay agsin, lots of options in town.

Love the hotel and the atmosphere

Room was comfortable but definitely had not been vacuumed. We stayed in the Dennis Tower and it definitely needs a makeover- it looks like its not been touched in 30 years. . The restaurants were good - especially the two Gordon Ramsey ones and check in and out was easy as was parking

crowded casino and a bit noisy at night - from bar outside - but nice room at a good rate.

Room was dusty . Poor cleaning . Bathroom mirror dusty , amenities dust , phone dusty . Tv crooked . Bathroom was very worn, dark and tired looking .

Everything was great

Our friends in Room 755 also experienced an issue when their refrigerator was not working. A maintenance technician named Phil came and resolved it by plugging the refrigerator into a different electrical outlet. While he was there, we asked him to check the air conditioning in our room (753). He placed his thermometer on the air vent, and despite the thermostat being set to 64°F, the air coming from the vent never measured below 70°F. During the July 4th weekend, when outdoor temperatures were between 90°F and 100°F, the room never became comfortably cool. We were informed that the property was fully booked, so there was nothing further that could be done. While we appreciate the efforts of the staff and maintenance technician, the persistent smoke odor and inadequate air conditioning significantly affected the comfort of our stay.

Great place to stay on the weekend right on boardwalk beach access

The room was really nice

The Dennis tower is run down very old and out dated

The only problem was the sheets were ripped but overall it was great as usual
