Bally's Atlantic City Hotel & Casino

The location was great , but the tower where we stayed was awful, from the elevator, the hallway of the floor we were , the pool and the room. The Denis tower needs a serious renovation.

when booking i read beach view which gravitated me more towards booking the room and when i arrived and got my room key it was indeed, not a beach view.

The stay was great the hotel was clean and nice we had a good room with a good view of the beach front...only problem I have is they charged me 6 dollars for watching a movie on Tnt which is a cable channel that comes free with any standard cable setup...like why...it's T.V bro not a ppv channel I didn't order it it was just playing on a regular channel.

Really bad place, avoid for your sanity

When we booked the stay at Bally‘s, we thought it would be a top notch property in Atlantic City. We were very disappointed when the first thing we saw as we headed to our room was extremely dirty on vacuumed carpet. We stayed in the dentist tower and this carpet has big rolls in it and lots of debris as a matter of fact, I purposely looked at some of the debris that was on the floor in the hallway and check the next day and it was still there. The room was OK by some standards, but I certainly think it could’ve done with a refresh. The furniture was very old and peeling the one chair we had in our room had big stains on it. Also, there was a definite smell of cigarette smoke in the room and of course it was supposed to be non-smoking I will not stay there again. Start Alexa start Alexa start.

Room in the Bally's Tower was very clean, hotel was clean throughout. NO complaints, good place to stay for a moderate price in a casino hotel

Everything was Good!

The room was very clean but there was mold growing along the bathtub caulking and on the pull bars. No one ever checked on our garbage nor came to change our towels or fix the beds (not that we needed our beds made) but after two days, the towels should’ve been changed. Two staff members at the front desk had no type of customer service etiquette; just rude with their tone of voice. Also, when booking my stay, I never saw that the pool was for adults only. I definitely would not have booked a stay at Bally’s had I been aware of that. Even though we enjoyed our stay, it would’ve been perfect had my concerns not been concerns.

Hotel charges $32 a day resort fee, that doesn’t include the housekeeping. Overall it is ok place to stay, not very alive at night, not many places to chose to eat as well. But boardwalk is right there and there are plenty of places to eat.

Cleanliness was ok. The rooms were outdated with only one or two outlets to charge devices. The hotel overall is good. Honestly it’s some of the guests that are interesting. The casino was the highlight of you’re into gambling.
