Caesars Atlantic City Resort & Casino - A Caesars Rewards Destination

The room we were in had ants all over the bathroom and on the bed. While sleeping we could feel the ants crawling. It’s ridiculous that Cesar’s still charge additional 58$ after we paid over 200$ for the 1 night stay they charged for for WiFi service which we honestly didn’t use and other things. Will not be staying again

Room was cleaned whole facility rather than.. then Gordon Ramsey restaurant ..wild Wild West had entertainment on a Friday night as we exit to the boardwalk

Liked the express check in. Room was big and well maintained. Bathroom was amazing.

Everyone who worked there was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was in nice shape and there was a lot of food choices open late in the evening

Room was not not clean,check in line was very long.Ramsey pub under Wilmington.I was very disappointed.I tried several times to call the front desk and the phone just kept ringing so I had to go and stand in line.I requested a late check out and then I was told it wasn’t put in correctly.

Not clean in bathroom fungus in the shower, nets and bugs in the shower bathroom and the rest of the room no sunlight coming in my room on the fourth floor because it was in the back of the hotel. I couldn’t see nothing but air-conditioning and other machinery filters and air conditioner, machinery on top of the roof and a wall I couldn’t see nothing else. It was horrible took me three hours to get in my room because I’m running back-and-forth downstairs at the hotel because the keys wasn’t working very bad Experience.

Very good overall. Stayed for 3 nights with husband and teenage son.

Some rooms are dated, but overall it is a solid establishment.

We were disappointed that the room we had reserved was not available for us when we checked in. They upgrade to a Suite which we did not need. It was nice however they had to roll out a cart which was not comfortable to sleep with. We had booked a room with 2 queen size beds since we were 3 adults sleeping in the room. Also, we had requested non smoking. The Suite they gave us smelled like people had smoked in there since the smell was lingering. To top it off at 1:00 AM the people on the room adjacent to us were making so much noise. Talking loud & banging doors . They also had a child/baby that kept crying. We had to call the service desk at 1:00. The next day they gave us the room we had booked where we had to move all our personal belongings once again. We had stayed at Caesar's before but next time will be elsewhere. We were not happy.

The room was nice & clean. The location is great right by the boardwalk & many restaurants. Was given a room key that was already occupied, once that issue was resolved everything else was fine. There was not clear directions as a 1st time visit i had difficulty finding the room location.
