They offer breakfast at the app but when we arrived at the place they have closed the breakfast room, also they had the pool closed too, so the 2 main things because I chose the place were closed that sucks

Don't bother with the breakfast if you're not going to eat eggs, bacon, and sausage. The grits tasted awful and the waffles were soggy and the pancakes tough. I did have a nice muffin, but I did not feel I got my money's worth.

I got an upgrade to a suit so I could be on the same floor as my friends it was awesome and so nice of them to do. Everything was good for our stay.

The staff was very accommodating. Checkin was great. The breakfast staff ( especially the server who has been there for 29years) was polite, friendly and accommodating.

The location was nice. Easy to walk to things around including boardwalk The fact I paid almost 400 dollars for a single night for a dark room with dirty windows, and crusty wallpaper falling off the walls is crazy. My Airbnb was way more worth it, and directly on the boardwalk. I’m glad it was a short stay. We will be back to Atlantic City! But not here.

Came for a quick weekend trip, and the Sheraton was conveniently located near all. Great experience, though the hotel needs to upgrade a bit. The bathrooms, rugs, and halls were outdated. The bathroom pipes can be heard rattling.

It is in a great location next to the train station and the staff treated me with respect and dignity, which is the way I would expect to be treated at a hotel. Highly recommended it!!!

The hotel was clean, only showed signs of wear and tear. I did not care for the shower curtain, it feels very old and unsanitary, even at the best hotels.
