Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel

In the twenty years staying here at this hotel. I had so many issues, our key cards stop working over five times. Even after being told don’t put next our phones. Putting cards in different locations. Still not working. But the worst thing coming from a day of shopping, whoever clean our room, musty body order in our room, that I had complain to the front day. Manager gave us free breakfast.which no vegan options. This hopefully things will improve next time

The location is very convenient, especially if attending the convention center. The facility is great for professional travel - clean facility and room, accommodating staff, breakfast buffet and service are very good.

Clean and comfortable, but too far from the boardwalk. Also, hotel could use more restaurant and lounge options.

Nice quiet stay. Thought i had free breakfast but it didnt come with my package. Didnt like the Tun restaurant all that much.

Room smells awkward

Alot cheaper than the casino hotels, but with the in and out parking privileges ($20 a night) we were able to drive to our concert and back. If you ever want to arrive by train, the station is connected to the convention center (which is where the parking is) and is DIRECTLY across from the Sheraton. Right beside the shopping mall.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Room was outdated, rugs were dirty and had lots of stains. Bathroom walls had wallpaper that was tearing apart. Towels were old and had holes in them. The bar on the second floor was never open. Has a restaurant called Tun, food was 0/10, not able to eat at all. For us has been the worst experience.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Parking was very difficult. Garage was really challenging. Vending machine on our floor was empty and no water in vending machine.

The front desk employee wasn’t welcoming and came across as miserable, which didn’t make for a great first impression. Another downside was the $30 valet parking fee. It’s frustrating to pay an additional charge just to park when you’re already paying to stay at the hotel. The biggest concern was safety. While waiting for our car from valet, we witnessed a man walking a Rottweiler who was having repeated outbursts toward hotel guests. Hotel staff didn’t appear to intervene until another guest went inside to complain, which eventually resulted in police responding. There were also police vehicles around the area throughout both the day and night, which didn’t create a very comfortable atmosphere. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the experience we expected, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again without significant improvements.
