Pour un séjour de 5 nuits la femme de chambre n a pas passé une seule fois et nous avons été obligé de courir après eux dans les corridors pour avoir des serviettes propres.

The hotel was very clean and the room was awesome. Wish there was a microwave in the room. Not a deal breaker though.

But bar music starting at 8 off of lobby was insanely loud. People gambling their money away looked pathetic. Restaurants on site were expensive. No place to walk if you leave the building.

My Fiancé and I came here for my bday weekend. Had a great time. H2O was great! Good music and drinks. Chart house is also good, not too exciting but decent.

Lack of open restaurants during our stay which started on a Monday.

Room was great. Staff very helpful.

When we got to the hotel line was short room very clean nice and quiet we stayed there for 2 nights no complaints at all GW

Beautiful Hotel, Great pool

H2O pool is the reason I pick Golden Nugget every time: jacuzzi, drinks, food, and just soaking up the sun. It's a must!

FREE PARKING! The POOLS & 4-JACUZZIS set up were perfect for sun & fun. Location to Marina was convenient.

It customer service could have been a lot better. The person that checked me in was great. Housekeeping was terrible i didn't realize you have to ask housekeeping.

Excellent for a weekend

We come to this Hotel every summer because we love the pool area! The Hotel itself, needs to be updated, however, still clean and staff is very nice. We love Emily at the VIP check in, she is awesome and fast!! Love the hot tubs, and potatoe chip chairs in the pool.

The bathroom also could have used a serious deep cleaning. The glass shower doors had visible mold, which was pretty disappointing and made the space feel even less maintained. Overall, the hotel has a great location and beautiful marina views, but the property itself is very dated and overdue for renovations and some much-needed upgrades. With better upkeep and modernization, it could be a really nice hotel.

We arrive late - around 10pm to check in. We were third in line and stood in that line for close to an hour. Premier members had their own line and were always helped first, so the regular line never seemed to be helped. There was only one front desk person to assist the flow of people. When we finally made it to the counter, the process was slow as they requested so much information - about 5 to 10 minutes just to get a room and a key. The room was huge that they gave us. However, there were used towels lying in the room. Also, the room was freezing and the AC blows right onto the top of the bed on your head. I changed the temperature and when the heat came one, it smelled of burning dust. Very unpleasant. Probably the one and only time I will stay at this aging dump.

The front desk staff were rude and would not allow my partner to check in even after we were told it was fine. They never gave the voucher for free parking so we were charged. It took 3 calls and a manager to get checked in. The room was nice, but could have been cleaner. I would not stay here again unless there was no other option.

This place is awesome. Played craps for 5 hours, won some money, ate sushi and slept like a baby, all without leaving the resort. Great place. Very clean rooms and the staff was great!
