Overall, we really loved our stay. We had dinner at the Chart House and it was great! The view is perfect and staff are fantastic. We were only in town overnight so we did not get to check out the pool. Check out was seamless. Only complaints were really bad wine in lobby bar that I could not drink, and upon entering room it definitely had a more than faint smell of cigarettes. I feel confident they would have switched our room had I asked, but we were in a rush to make it to our dinner reservation. I really enjoyed being on that side of town with the pretty views of the boats and water. Just a quick uber to the beach side.

Was not a fan. Very outdated…

First thing when I went in there, I went to the bathroom. I saw used bar soap. That is very unacceptable. I even got pictures of it. I don’t understand how there’s a used bar soap if room service cleaned it second the parking lot was very, very dirty and I’m still waiting on the hundred dollars they said it was gonna come back to my account because that’s how it works nobody ever came to the room for clean the next day. I tried to extend my stay they wouldn’t let me I even tried to pay extra. They said oh no one is allowed to extend their stay, but on the website allowed me it said I can. This was a very horrible day and also tickets to the boardwalk was very very terrible. We had to drive there or take a bus there horrible day. I should’ve wanted a Tropicana or somewhere else and next week I definitely will

It’s sad that this hotel has come down to this wack level this much. I don’t recommend it specially if you’re coming with little kids.

Lori the table dealer is the absolute best!!!! She made our stay so much better. I love the golden nugget but meeting Lori made my weekend even better. She is a bundle of joy and a beautiful woman inside and out! Will be coming back just to see her because we miss her already!

Have a very nice time with my family

If you have children under 16 years old they can only go in the pool area from 10am-2pm. We stood one night and had to check in early so my daughter can go to the pool for only two hours. I also had to pay an early check in fee of $60. It’s no longer a family friendly hotel.

Outstanding room at an outstanding price.

I liked everything about this place..very peaceful clean.

First of all the front desk staff are terrible, no welcoming at all from them, no smiles at all, and the guy was sort of ordering me while checking in It’s like we’re staying there for free . Second, the bedsheets were all stained, the coffee machine didn’t have a strainer and I had to go out and search for stuff to get coffee, all the shampoo bottles were empty as well, and then when I called them to bring me some, it took ages. Third, when I booked the hotel and didn’t mention that kids under 16 can’t swim in the pool past 2 PM. This messed up all our stay there. It was the first and last day at this hotel I wouldn’t recommend it to any other person.

Was a great stay but they need to redo now, especially rip up all the rugs. I know its hard to get help, but keep trying.

The hotel accommodations provided by the staff were superb. The room was clean and pristine, luxurious and comfortable. Available options for amenities and upgrades were provided. Very ideal if you wish to not be on the boardwalk premises

Had a great time. The pool area was cool! Gives a vacation feeling to the stay. Renovated room was nice and clean.

I’m sorry to say this, but first of all my room was not even ready and they let me check in refrigerator was full of rotten food they had under the clothes of other people in the floor. It was really bad. It’s a really bad experience mess on the hallways the room, carpet, dirty, and smelly sincerely it was awful. I even had to call room servers for they could clean the refrigerator. The glass was all full of hand stains like I said in the beginning I’m sorry to say this, but that’s the opinion of the experience terrible experience that I had in Golden Nugget it it was my first time there, and I won’t think of going back.
