Nice place to stay!!

Great all around would stay here anyday

I have gone to most of the hotels in that area and this place has always had wonderful staff, we appreciate the free parking as no other hotel does that in the area and if you've been there, it is hard to find parking. The staff, the pool, the property, the ROOM! 10/10 !! I have gone dozens of times and will continue to return.

This property desperately needs to enter this decade. Start by removing decorations that were trendy 25 years ago The maid was very nice!!

first night i was given a smoking room with 1 bed for me, my wife and 2 kids of 16 and 14 years old instead of the 2 beds room I had booked, the room smelled like someone was still smoking there, next day by noon they changed room to a 2 beds room I only stayed until Saturday 07/04. At the beginning they did not want to reimbursed me the first night but when I did the check out on Saturday they refund

The hot tub was nice and hot..a tad blah....BUT relaxing nonetheless. The room was very clean we tend not to have our rooms cleaned daily and prefer to just request extra towels....staff were friendly....the lounge had a live band for approx 3 out of our 4 nights there. I highly recommend

Early check in(1hr)fee, water in room $4 a bottle, slight disrepair, hook fell off in bathroom, no shower soap, tub dirty, smoking in non smoking areas NOT enforced, security @ elevator only on weekends..

Dirty hallways

Actually winning at a casino enjoyed most of the staff a few restaurants or very good.

Arrived early with friends. Room wasn’t ready but friends room was. Rep asked if we wanted to leave number to get notified when room was ready. Never told we would be charged early check-in fee, even if we didn’t check-in until after 3pm. Reluctant to reverse the charge even though we checked in officially at 5pm!!

Elevators are the worst

Always a pleasure staying at the Golden Nugget. I love the rooftop pool.

The young lady at the Chocolate Box was very sweet, welcoming and helpful!

Hotel was sold out and not enough elevators running

Checkout was a nightmare it took three minutes to get down to the lobby as only half the elevators were working and every time they open they were full there was no air-conditioning in the elevator lobby. Will not be coming back unless they are paying us.

Beautiful suite with amazing views- food on the property is. Excellent, room service is very nice served on cart with china and lien nampkins- not in a bad , the old fashion way! Staff was attentive and quick especially housekeeping, valet, bell cap, room service and front desk. Pool is beautiful so of the people at the pool are undesirable and disgusting but the staff at the pool always have a smile and never stop working. Girls who serve the drinks are amazing they wait on you hand and foot and always with a smile and drink in hand. Lots of fun!!!

Our first issue was when I called the hotel to see where it was located, I was told it was on the boardwalk. It was not! In fact you had to drive to get there. When we checked into the room, there was a half used small bottle of body lotion in the bathroom. The sliding door to the bathroom was broken so it did not close. It was always partially open. No privacy. The enclosure for the shower was two pieces of plastic, one of which would sway in and out. Definitely not safe! When we returned from a day out on our second day which was late afternoon, our room was never cleaned and no towels were left. I had to track down housekeeping to get fresh towels. Also, the hallways were filthy. It looked like no one vacuums. I would never stay here again.
