The room wasn't all that clean and the carpet was smelling no cable 4 days it didn't work no signal the parking lot was trashy the staff didn't bother asking us for anything we needed i had to go to them I was unsatisfied the worst room I ever never again stayed at this place Atlantic city nj no good wouldn't recommend to Noone to stay there were no plastic cups or to make coffee the microwave didn't work no cord the 2 towel that were in the room were old only and one wash cloth i paid 682 dollars not worth that amount of money i paid unhappy worst ever the door didn't want to lock from the inside this place no good I stayed there for 4 nights very disappointed in the place I stayed 😢 😕 😞 what a waste of money never again 😢 😞 😕 worst ever I experience 😢 😞 😕

Not much to like about it. It is what it is. Last minute thing and couldn't afford anything else. So you settle for whatever at this point. Not clean, no microwave in our room,

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was dirty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned before my arrival. The most concerning issue was that a hotel employee and/or the owner entered my room without permission while I was undressed. My boyfriend was also present at the time. Afterward, the explanation given was that our door was open, which is simply not true—it was closed. Even if there had been any confusion, I do not understand why anyone would enter a room that had not been checked out. This was a serious invasion of privacy and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Due to these issues, I have requested a full refund and expect to have my money returned. I would not stay here again.

WE PAID BY CREDIT CARD AND CHARGED ME IN CASH WHEN I GOT THERE AND WOULD NOT RETURN MY CASH I EVEN CALLED THE POLICE

Nothing As soon as I arrived to the inn, I checked in and noticed the room haven't been cleaned. The sheets had someone else hair on it, the floor was dirty like it haven't be swept. Because it was late and I have my child I even thought I'll just ask for another set of sheets, for the bell hop tp just give me one sheet when there's two beds and didnt even handed it to me. He left it outside and closed the door. I immediately left the property for the staff to tell me well your not getting your money back. They tried to keep my money for the entire stay even through I didn't even stay there for 10 mins. I will never forget this experience. This inn needs to be closed permanently. The staff is rude, and the place was disgusting to the point I didn't want to touch anything in this establishment. This place deserves no stars and a closed sign.

This was the most disgusting horrible experience I’ve had in my life. Never again. Horrible, the room was dirty, hair on the sheets, towels looked like they were from prison. Please spend a few extra dollars and save yourself from disgust.

NOTHING NO HEAT FRONT DOOR HAD SPACE SO COLD AIR CAME IN .HAD TO GIVE THEM 40.00 CASH DID GIVE ME MONEY BACK DID HAVE HOT WATER ON OFFICE TO GO IN HAD TO DO ALLTRANSACTIONS OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN AND COLD.AIR CONDITIONER FILTER FILTHY THERE STILL WORKING ON IT

There is no face-to-face contact. They do business through a small window. There was only one towel, two if you include the wet towel in the room. The door frame was being help together with duck tape. The room was cold and smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke even though it was non smoking room. None of the furniture, the refrigerator leaked and the freezer part was encased in about 2 1/2 inches of ice. And there was NO smoke detector.

Nothing at all people were rude and non compliant, tv did not work we stood there for 2 nights and 3 days with out tv they kept saying they will send someone instead of changing our room if tv did not work ! HORRIBLE Everything

The room smelled bad, toilet was disgusting I won't talk about the towels.

Close to our destination...The Borgotta...if you need "shelter" for the night, want to avoid driving intoxicated ,just a place to crash...with zero percent any type of "fanciness", you should be fine...as long as you know what you are getting into. We paid about 78 dollars online, had to give 50 dollars cash upon arrival (usually 100)for deposit...which by the way, you will probablly never get that back...when we were checking out the next day...nobody to be found...had to throw our room key through a little hole in the window,(no cash deposit returned) and headed home. Comparing the price we paid to having to risk driving for almost two hours...I would sleep anywhere....you would just have to ask yourself the same thing...This is such a prime location, it could be such a wonderful investment opportunity for someone ? its a diamond in the rough, that still has to be dug out of the middle of the earth ?

It was disgusting. There was garbage in the trash can upon checkin. The bed skirt was absolutely filthy. The refrigerator leaked all over the floor. The toilet leaked in to the bedroom area. The floors were sticky. The tv did not work. I left without my deposit of $30 cash. I honestly don’t know if it could have been worse.

This place was a nightmare. The customer service was rude and not understanding. I was booked hotel after learning all hotels in Atlantic City was booked due to me visiting AC from Philly visiting and leave in Chicago. I took a train to AC and uber to facility. I learned this facility was located in a unsafe area, hotel air conditioning did not work, there was residue of bed bugs in bed after expecting the room, furniture was broke apart, hold in wall and dirty carpet. It was late when I booked I was so tired, but was so scared to even sit on bed due to room presentation. I immediately use anytime in room to find another place to lay my head. At a different location. I did not like how I was treated through customer service. When I told them the air was broke in room . They literally said “ it will be a hour for maintenance to come fix it” . They over price for this their hotel room , taking advantage of hotels being booked in AC due to a concert, they refuse to give me a refund although I have a confirmation proof that I never stayed in their hotel that shows I was booked and confirmed somewhere else , same time I was booked with them. Obviously I did not sleep in their dump. This place should be tore down.Surprisingly, Jersey state has not performed some kind facility compliance on this property. I angie g to look into this. As a professional license Social Worker in Chicago I must advocate for people who don’t have a voice .
