MGM Tower at Borgata

Nice pool. Super clean. Great pool staff.

Buena higiene, excelente la hay el servicio de la misma. Las piscinas maravillosas y el personal muy amable. Creo se debe mejorar en la decoración según temáticas seleccionadas, en esta ocasión no me pareció muy atractiva. Hay poca información al llegar, no se conoce con claridad sobre el parking y lugar del Check-In, fue difícil este paso. Pocas opciones de comidas, casi lo mismo en todos los sitios y el buffet es muy estático en su menú con tendencia al aburrimiento. El casino no se sabe dónde es el área autorizada para los fumadores porque lo hacen dondequiera y es muy inquietante para los NO FUMADORES. En general le doy un 4 de 5.

Not my 1st stay but the MGM Tower was immaculate. Very convenient / very helpful. Borgata side was just too cluttered and chaotic. My stay was wonderful and I highly recommend it. I asked for any upgrades but agent was not accommodating for our birthday weekend. . We did our best. Wish a meal plan waa available. MGM/ Borgata is super pricey. Thank you JB. ✌️ 💯 🎰 👌

In it. Toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall. Could not check in until 5 pm which made us rush for our 5:30 pm dinner reservation. Otherwise the room was ok. The property was nicer when it was the borgata water club. It had more of an elevated feel then with robes in the room etc..

They misadvertised that the 18 years old and under customers would have an outside pool to swim in. There was only one indoor pool for the 18 year old and under customers. All the other 3 pools were all for 21 y.o. and over.

The outdoor pool was lousy at the MGM Tower, crammed into a small area with many lounges stacked on top of each other and a wimpy little bar. Go to the pool at The Borgato, it is much better with a lot of space and a great bar right there called the Beer Garden. Lousy management as the pool was closed my last two days due to too much chlorine in the pool. Seriously? Also, I stayed at the MGM Tower and check in there was great but every day I saw a ridiculous line for check in at The Borgato. Someone should tell them it is 2026 and figure it the hell out. Thank God I didn't have to wait in those lines. I'm sure they were longer than an hour wait. I ate at the Food Hall which was good and also Angelines, which was also goof but over priced.

Las servers en la piscina son muy groseras te ignoran cuando quieres ordenar, estuve buscando ordenar en reiteradas ocasiones pero no fue posible .

this could be a perfect 5 out of 5, but the fact that you have to walk thru a smoke filled casino to get to restaurants is sickening...I get it, there are people that don't care about their heatlh or anyone elses, but maybe it's time to revisit the smoking policy and cater more to those that do! Also, don't waste your time at the slots...just make a check payable to MGM Resorts!😤

Great staff! The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel was beautiful, and the staff was very nice. Everything was convenient and we had a great time. Would definitely recommend.
