MGM Tower at Borgata

This was our first time staying here. It was SIMPLY OKKK. The Receptionist area needs to have additional staff on duty especially during peeks hours and ALL DINING AREAS SHOULD BE OPENED ALL YEAR AROUND. THE SEASONAL OPTION LOOKS AND SOUNDS RIDICULOUS FOR AN HIGH END ESTABLISHMENT!!!!

Clean and rooms were nice

(-) Found mold on the ceiling of the shower. (+) Everything else was excellent, otherwise. I was comped free valet parking because of the issue in the bathroom. Will stay again.

Very good location an pools

The pool area was fabulous it was clean and very relaxing the rooms where clean as well and property is clean, has a great smell throughout and I liked being in the MGM tower away from the casino crowd

The hotel was amazing and the staff was even better. We arrived early and to our surprised we were allowed to check in , right away. We would definitely go back. If we could change anything it would be to add more food options during the week. Most restaurants and night entertainment was Fri-Sat.

MGM tower is newer and cleaner than the other rooms at borgata. More modern decor. Pool areas are nice

I love the location and the hotel itself is beautiful. The bathroom was nice. The rooms are very small. That was the only negative.

Cleanness

Atmosphere was calm, mature crowd, but not boring. I wish there wasn’t so many penny and five cents machines, more progressive machines, and the smoking the cigarette smell I wish it wasn’t there like it was no smoking at all, but overall the property was well maintained and clean

The resort was clean, food options were great, staff was wonderful and the amenities were nice. Loved the indoor adult pool area. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom was amazing and modern with a large, beautiful shower. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the outdoor lights were blaring into our window all night. Closing the room darkening curtains did not help nearly enough. It was like trying to sleep in an airport.

No waiting line at the check in. Very clean hotel. Easy to access. Valet service was good. There was no black tea at the room. Many of the stores were closed.

The hotel is amazing the outside pool was great unfortunately the inside pool was under maintenance and we couldn’t use it. The room with the view was awesome The breakfast service in the room was genuinely disappointing. 35$ and they brought the breakfast in a bag. I never saw this happening in a 5 star hotel of any kind. 35$ for two sad and old muffins, a coffee and orange juice in paper cups and very weird looking oatmeal. Very embarrassing
