MGM Tower at Borgata

My experience at this property was highly disappointing, especially regarding the pools and child safety. Reaching the pool area, specifically the kids' pool, was extremely complicated and confusing—you easily get lost, particularly when coming down from the MGM Tower. The maintenance of the pool area is very poor; the smell of chlorine was overwhelmingly strong, and the water in the kids' pool was dark, murky, and clearly not changed regularly. Furthermore, there was a complete absence of lifeguards or staff supervising the pool to ensure children's safety, which is standard in other hotels. It was not a good experience at all, and I would not recommend it for families.

The stay in itself was extremely impressive and I will definitely stay there the next time I’m in Atlantic City

We stayed at the MGM Tower. The hotel, restaurants, shops, and casino were wonderful! Everything was great until we went to retrieve our car from the valet. They brought the wrong car - twice! Then the manager got snippy with me!! I did nothing wrong, I waited patiently for 45 minutes while they searched for my car. Then, to add insult to injury, they made me prove it was my car as if I were a criminal! Plus, they never offered to reimburse the valet fee - we left on a bit of a sour note.

The hotel room was great. The casino was fine but activities other than Casino ended early and we ate at one of the steakhouses and the food was not great. We spent over $300 for two people and left disappointed.

Clean property, outdoor pool was beautiful and relaxing, my room was spotless and as always, the food is wonderful the Borgata property it’s a win!

Property was clean and well maintained. Only complaint was pool closes to early, at 6 PM. But overall a good stay.

Great, but lacked phone chargers in the rooms and a microwave or a place to warm up food.

The staff was friendly and professional. The tower rooms are comfortable and clean, bathrooms are great.

The property was clean, great ambiance and there were plenty of staff available to assist you when needed. It’s great that they have designated pools for adults only. The MGM tower was very nice.
