I had a great time staying here. THE ONLY THING I DIDNT LIKE IS the people that promoting their volcano eruption pretty much lied to us and said they we were gonna get our promotional points reward the next morning which was a total it’s already Wednesday and we still didn’t get it

I was locked out of my room every night they had to make me a different key walk back to the front desk it was the worst experience in my life when they made the last key security came to my room and that he didn't work
-
I didn't like that I had to pay for extra people that was in the room with to use the WiFi and then had to pay forty dollars for resort fee whatever that is I thought I paid the resort fee when I rented the room. I would not be staying there no more.

I think adding another pool would be better, such a big hotel everyone wants to get inside the pool but your shoulder to shoulder without space and can’t swim. Night life could use some more clubs with a variety of music for all ages 21-60. Also maybe other entertainment like stand up comedy, karaoke or something etc, I love the fact that it is pet friendly. Another issue is the off loading passengers you need more people outside to help to avoid the traffic during check-in time it’s literally chaos in-front entrance.

Asked for housekeeping to come clean the room. After hours of no one coming I demanded a different room. That took time. The customer service was horrible. They have the absolute worst people out front. They are unhelpful and don’t care if any inconvenience patrons experience. If I weren’t there for a dance competition I would have gathered my things and got the hell out of there. Housekeeping never came in the room. I had to find a cart every morning to get new wash clothes and towels. Super smoky even though the rooms are supposed to be smoke free. Far cry from Borgata and Oceans. There’s no decent restaurants. Harrah’s has one of the worst food options among AC casino hotels. Everything is an arm and a leg. Why can you only use the carts to transport luggage if you do valet or bell service. That’s seriously ridiculous when transporting so much luggage for a week’s stay. Another cash grab. I had to make four trips to the car which could have easily been one with one of those carts. This stay was a zero out of five stars.

Around midnight, my family’s stay was unexpectedly interrupted when security attempted to enter our room. I was told that the hotel’s computer system showed the room as vacant and that I would need to pack up my family and resolve the issue with the front desk immediately. I explained that I would not be waking my family in the middle of the night because of an error that was clearly not my fault. One security officer then escorted me to the front desk while another remained outside my room with my family. Although the issue was eventually corrected and it was confirmed that I was the rightful guest, the entire experience was embarrassing, stressful, and completely unnecessary. As compensation, I was given a $50 food voucher. Unfortunately, because my checkout time was the following morning, I was unable to use it, making the gesture meaningless. I have stayed at Harrah’s Atlantic City many times and have always enjoyed my visits. This experience, however, was a major inconvenience and made me feel belittled in front of my family. No guest should be treated as though they do not belong in their room because of a hotel system error. I respectfully request that this incident be reviewed and that appropriate compensation be considered for the disruption, embarrassment, and inconvenience my family and I experienced. I also hope steps are taken to ensure this does

Staff casino clean rooms
-
Very nice I like this is first time excellent
-
The only thing is that, for such a large hotel, there should be more entertainment options; everything is heavily focused on the casino, and sometimes you have children with you. Also, the pool closing at 5:00 PM is very early, leaving the kids with nothing to do afterwards.
