The lobby staff should take customer service classes; that's what they're there for, working to serve guests. The ones who helped me were very rude. I asked for information about the pool since I was traveling with children, and they told me it was for adults only and closed at 5 pm. I arrived at 6 pm on August 3rd and left at 11 am on August 4th. They charged me a resort fee, and I didn't use the facilities.

Ask for a non smoking room and the room smelled like smoke.my guest a I only had 1 towel each for all weekend, everytime I asked for towels I was told that it wasn’t any and non of the housekeeping staff was very friendly.I will not be staying there ever again!!

For the cost, I expected much better services. Staff seemed to be overwhelmed/overworked. I Was there for basically one night and they charged me an additional $166.02 and no one can trace who can revert the charge. I had a terrible experience there.

The room being clean was about the only positive I can give it. The management keeps this place woefully understaffed, leading to massive front desk lines, broken fixtures, elevators sticky with spilled alcohol, piles of trash collecting in the outdoor areas, confusion in the valet lines, and at one point a line of cars trapped in the parking garage because there wasn’t an attendant present to fix a minor error in the gate. Every amenity in the hotel closes early besides the gym and the overpriced cafe so one day trips aren’t worth it since you’ll check in by 4 and everything is shuttered by 5. Will not stay here again.

Room was clean

The place was infested with bugs and roaches. The bathroom leaked all over the floor. Almost alip and fell. Report it to management but nothing was done. The pool was dirty and wasn't allowed to go in because it was reserved for customers. Which I was a paying guest there.

This property is never straight up about the money you will be charged and spend. None of the workers know what they’re doing and what to say, never on the same page. Housekeeping lacks a lot, missed toilet paper and towels for 2/3 days of my stay. Avoid if you can.

Propreté, staff serviable
-
Outdated rooms the paint was chipped on the counter with the zinc is in the bathroom the shower water did not get hot. I'm giving this a two out of three star

The casino was full of young children. They have a big swimming pool. It felt more like The Great Wolf Lodge than a casino. Kids crying in the restaurants. Just didn’t feel like an adult atmosphere. We went back to our non smoking room and it reeked or weed. The staff was wonderful and moved us to a much better smelling room. Staff was great but the atmosphere for adults not so good.

Plus the shower is water got really hot love that!!!!
