The room smelled like mildew. I hoped that once the air cooled the room down the smell would go away but it never did. Having a water dispenser in the lobby or better yet on each floor would have made all the difference. I probably won’t stay again. Not worth the $250 a night.

Taryn, at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming when we checked in. It was a quick and easy process and very much appreciated after a long day.

Convenient when we travel to our second home The policy on pets goes back and forth, sometimes they charge and then sometime they don’t charge. We have 2 low maintenance cats and to tell me you spend $80 “special cleaning” that room is false. I clean the room when I arrive and when I leave so know there isn’t any special cleaning. The staff were not friendly and will not stay at the I hotel again even though we have stayed there multiple times

On the day we checked out about 7am or thereafter, the manager was quite knowledgeable in directing us to our next destination. We did not get lost and arrived safely at Tuskegee University thanks to her. We were pleased with your services offered and the competent manager and her staff. We enjoyed our stay at your hotel.

Everything was very clean. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. At one point, my husband just sat up, and laid against the padded headboard to sleep. I tossed all night and woke up with my back hurting and an awful headache.

Cathy the front desk manager is superb. She is always so pleasant and friendly and makes me feel welcome. I do wish the hotel would offer more healthy options for breakfast though......

Room was clean and ready for early check-in, we traveled there for my brother-in-law’s funeral. The young man that checked us in was nice enough to let us check in early.
