Friendly staff and very accommodating to families of loved ones with special needs.

The hotel went without water for several hours and the staff never notified the occupants. If you didn’t call them, you would not have received an explanation. Unprofessional behavior from the front desk staff, unkept appearance. The hotel did not smell fresh. I would not want to stay again.

I think remodeling a floor at a time would have made this avoidable.

The stay definitely did not live up to the rating I reviewed on Hotels.com. The room wasn't cleaned that great with prior guests hair in the bathroom & bedding, the bathroom & shower was definitely not cleaned good and I had to re-clean before using. During our first morning breakfast the attendant did not restock ANYTHING even tho it was 7:30 AM and only hung around staring at the guests, the pancake maker was also broken and breakfast options were not great. Every time entering or exiting the front lobby the staff were always sitting in the lobby on their phones or computer and a few of the women seemed as if you were bothering them when asking for something, although when needing towels one night becausethe room wasnt cleaned or attended, the male was polite and helpful. This was my first time and last staying at a Tru Hotel.

All was fine. Need better wine selection to purchase Air conditioner was noisey

Breakfast was good and good location. Not having a microwave in the room .

Staff were helpful. Comfortable bed, Hardwood floor, value, included breakfast, EV charger on site. This location was extremely dirty. Looks like it is missing regular/ everyday cleaning. Bathrooms were dirty with yellow/ mouldy seals, elevator & hallways were dirty, garbage bin next to elevator was overflowing, garbage bins in breakfast were full at 7 in the morning, carpet in hallway had musty smell. Overall the place needs thorough deep cleaning.

Location, we travel from Louisiana to South Carolina, this is a mid way stop for us. The facility needs maintenance. Pool and area around it was not clean, out side furniture badly needs up dating. No coffee at breakfast. Hall way had a mold, unclean smell. This hotel has declined over the last few years. Dog barking all night.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. There was only one working elevator for the guests and staff. This led to longer wait times on elevators. There was also an extremely long line for coffee in the morning. We had to wait until a guest checked in before they were able to refill the coffee pot. The line was at least 8-10 people deep waiting for coffee.

One elevator was broke. Coffee was not refreshed in the lobby in the afternoon. We do love this hotel. Very quiet and staff was great. Breakfast was great.

It was very clean, very quiet. It had the right amenities in the rooms were very specious, including the bathroom. There was always someone there to help if you needed anything.

Clean , decent breakfast

Convenient location. Nearby different food options It wasn’t the best cleanliness in the room itself. The shower looked like it hadn’t been tidied up, there were spots in the shower, on the walls and on the ceilings.

The location was excellent and loved the decor. Breakfast was a mess. Very limited items and no one to help with waffle machine and refill items in a timely manner to accommodate guest.

The location was very accessible. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Parking was great. Room felt a little outdated. Shower was not the cleanest. Iron didn't work well. Toilet bowl fills very slow. No microwave to use in the room.
