The staff at Tru hotel were very helpful and made the check in/out process easy. Our hotel room had piles of dirt in all corners of the room and bathroom. Our TV screen had two red lines down the middle . Our shower had rust and small spots of mold. We stayed for two nights and 3 days, on our first morning, Housekeeping took only two dirty hand towels but we were never given more towels . Our room was not touched or turned over after our first night stay. We tried calling the desk multiple times with no answer. We were told, and it was advertised on the website, breakfast was served from 6-10 am daily . Our first morning, breakfast was delicious . Our second morning , we came down to lobby for breakfast at 0920, everything was cleaned up and put away and we were unable to get breakfast .

It was a good stay except i could here the people above me walking around

The staff was friendly and quick to action when help was needed. The bathroom was clean and so were the sheets! Also really like the lemon sugar body wash and lotion! Q lot of places don't even have lotion and this place has some that smelled so good! Nothing, went great. No complaints.

There was nothing I didn't like about our Tru stay.

They seemed to be making renovations during my stay but I never had any interruptions with anything I was needing or doing.

The room was a construction zone during the stay. During the day, the construction group would come in and work on the room, move belongings around and leave a dusty mess. The staff was disrespectful and rude

Property was clean and perfect for our stay.

Disappointing

The service was horrible. The staff were rude, they didn't greet us and acted like we were an inconvenience. They were working on the hotel and the fourth floor should have been closed off.

The hotel went without water for several hours and the staff never notified the occupants. If you didn’t call them, you would not have received an explanation. Unprofessional behavior from the front desk staff, unkept appearance. The hotel did not smell fresh. I would not want to stay again.

I think remodeling a floor at a time would have made this avoidable.
