stayAPT Suites Auburn

Good

Thank goodness for Walmart. We had to buy cleaning supplies. Dirt and hair on the floors. Dirty toilet bowls. Dust everywhere. Dirty counters and food spilled in refrigerator.

The room Bathroom was dirty

Management and associates very friendly and helpful.

Exceptional

Friendly staff and great room

Very good

Did not have breakfast Need SEC channel

Disappointing

Great property Great location

Exceptional

Place was not clean. Bottom of my socks were filthy. Hair all over. No staff after 8pm. No security had someone walk in behind me with no key. No one around to tell. Had no toilet paper in room and when I went down to lobby to find some there was two other people looking for the same thing. Insanely over priced. Definite price gouging for a sporting event! Will NOT be back.

They was a strong Oder in the room, not sure from what, did not smell like cleaners

Very good price. I needed a suite for each home football game for myself and occasionally my wife. The offer on Booking.com made it feasible for me to pre book. Really nice staff check in. Hard to figure out how to turn into the parking lot.

Location Visibly dirty floors - filthy floors actually Visibly dirty walls Ridiculously thin and worn out towels

The fact that there is not a staff member on site during the night.

Passable

The toilet wasn’t clean

Exceptional

Room was as pictured but easily recognized as a quick make over and cleanliness wasn’t good wife spilled some water wiped it up and rag was black filthy. Check in was horrible they called after 400 that room was available. Plug in bath was bad, fridge dirty, no ice on property. Property was nice and has a ton of potential.
