The room was clean and comfortable. We were only there for one night and didn't need the kitchen but it appeared to be clean and functional. Check-in was easy as we did in person check-in. I would definitely stay here again.

The location to Auburn is fantastic. The staff was the absolute sweetest. They were so kind the entire stay.

Broken digital key left me locked out late at night. Once inside, bathroom light burnt out and sink clogged. Someone also wiped the entire place down with a dirty rag. Every surface had a grimy film. This place was torture.

Customer service was awesome. After we checked in and settled the general manager if everything was good n the room and if we needed anything to let the staff know

Refrigerator and freezer, microwave, actual coffee maker, bright lighting, beds comfortable, linens clean, ample space, iron and board in excellent condition, convenient location to campus and access to other parts of Auburn via University Dr., Shug, and interstate to exit 57. Closet lacked any hangers, would have been nice to have disposable coffee cups( available in lobby) and paper towels in kitchen but only suggestion.

Clean, convient The lobby never opened on Sunday morning. No access to coffee and was unable to check out with a person. We had to stick our key card in the lobby door.

We did not have any towels the entire weekend. When we asked for them at the desk we were told their truck did not deliver the clean towels in time. We were there three nights with only a hand towel for showers.

Did check-in online and digital key did not work and staff left before we arrived. We had to wait over an hour for someone to come and make us a key. The hotel was aware that there is an issue with digital keys. The rest of the stay was good and room was very clean. I recommend they you do not opt to use digital key

I like the APT because I was able to have a late check-in have my key left in the lock box for me as me and my wife got there in different times. The staff was very friendly and courteous and let me keep my car there all day even though I was checked out of the hotel. I enjoyed the stay two TVs one in the suite area one in the kitchen area is great!!! Thanks to the great staff at APT!

Safe location; lots of food spots nearby; quiet property; pleasant staff; good water pressure in the shower . Room temperature was uncomfortable; room would not cool down even with thermostat adjustments. It was very difficult to sleep comfortably. Saw a roach in the kitchen area; let out bed was very flat and uncomfortable. The tv in the living room never worked, even after notifying staff. Kitchen was not stocked with paper towels or dish detergent.

The bedroom TV of the room I checked into did not work, and I could hear the occupant above me when they walked. I was given a different room on the top floor. The TVs worked but only had live TV. The room had hair on the floor in the restroom and spider webs by the door. I was not able to connect to the internet. The walls were thin, so I heard people talking. The stair well was mud stained for the duration of my stay.
