Nice place to stay for a night.

Room we got this time wasnt nice as the last time there was no night stands and bed is tiny might have been double bed nit a queen bed.

The road noise is wildly loud, almost as if it’s amplified through the room. People smoking outside as well.

Very basic and comfortable place to rest. This motel is on a very busy and loud(SUVs and motorcycles) corner at the gateway to the American River Rec. area. It is a very short stroll to Auburn historic downtown with pubs and excellent restaurants. It was Uber clean with a great shower. Somewhat worn but, again, location was excellent and wonderful helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

The street noise was loud throughout the night and people were sitting on stairs where it was hard to walk through.ADA parking had 2 trailers in the space

Nothing Dirty, burn marks on window trim and desk, stains all over the sheets. Power button was broken on Ac unit.

Prompt service upon arrival, with excellent comp gifts on check in that made the stay even better. Conveniently located with a very short walk to food and entertainment. Old Town Pizza is right around the corner and you are missing out if you don’t get some. Parking lot is nice and the rooms are modernized. Can’t beat for the price and convenience.

Excellent location and freindly staff

Room was clean, shower and air conditioning worked great, and helped reduce traffic noise. parking was good, host was good as well. There were plenty of restaurants bars within walking distance and it was close enough to the river for activities. Noise near intersection and other rooms you could hear doors slamming and kids running around jumping and riding bikes on the second floor was pretty loud so rooms need more sound proofing. Spring beds were uncomfortable and saggy, need more spine support. Mattress topper was wasn’t great either but the rest of the facilities were great.

However, I will say it is possible to ask for a room off to the side which may be a bit quieter. Additionally, the rooms have shutters over windows which look nice but in the evening the walkway lights filter into the room, a suggestion would be to put blackout curtains inside each room to help darken things up when sleeping.

I stayed only 1 night, so I didn’t participate in the offerings. What I liked was location near the Amtrak station, stores and coffee. There was nothing that bothered me, however I could see how maybe someone wouldn’t like the traffic sounds. That is NOT the hotel’s doing, the people that live in the area are driving very purposefully loud cars.
