The wi fi gets a zero, cell reception was bad but the wi fi was impossible

The breakfast was exceptional !

The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and awesome! Officially this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at. The location is wonderful as a rest stop, is next to an In-n-Out, and very close to the American River and wonderful natural hiking spots in Auburn! Thanks, Holiday Inn staff for being so awesome :)

To check in early and someone was at the desk at 2:00am when we checked out. They reached out several times to check to make sure we had everything we needed.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Made the trip very enjoyable.

The interior of the room was dated and can use a modern update for the price that was charged. i wouldn't mind paying the price if the room decor was updated. this room is big (room#111) but ugly.

I stayed two nights, continental breakfast came with an omelet bar which was amazing. Jacuzzi and pool were very clean and the gym had enough equipment to get in a good work out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely book again!

Friendly staff, accommodated our last minute change. Roll away bed was an actual bed. Breakfast was $9 per person and tasty. Walking distance to restaurants, in n out practically in their parking lot. Hotel is close to freeway and safe parking. If your celebrating recommend you walk to Josephine’s for dinner and drinks (French).

The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel is very dated and in need of an update.

Stayed there for night. Pretty clean decent room. Slept well. Only thing morning snacks were not enough they finished up quickly. But overall nice play to stay at with most areas easily accessible.

Staying at this hotel for 4 nights was great. The staff were all professional and friendly. The food at both the breakfast buffet and Max's was exceptional. I have been to hotel's like the Fairmont Kea Alani and although you don't get the ocean views you still sense the Aloha spirit.

This property is located very convenient to my Mother’s home. It offers an excellent value and I love Max’s and the morning breakfast before heading home after a visit with my mother. Nothing to say.

I liked that it had a restaurant in it and there was a jacuzzi. There was always coffee too I appreciated that. The staff was super helpful and friendly I really liked they text as well that was a new thing I never dealt with very cool though I didn’t like that the pool wasn’t heated it was a little cold and the jacuzzi wasn’t super hot either. The main reason I booked with this motel is because it said they had a stair stepper in the gym and when I got to the gym they didn’t have one.

Good location that was in walking distance to old town

Need more handicapped rooms with 2 beds and roll in shower

Staff friendly and room had all the items I wished for. Will book again.
