The Tv did not work staff could not fix it. The light in the room was broken and the toilet clogged up and we were told no maintenance staff were available.

We checked in at approximately 4:30 pm, and we found the toilet had not been cleaned since the previous guest (urine and hair on the outer bowl). We went to the desk and were told that housekeeping would not be in the building until the next day and that no one was available to clean the toilet. The shower also did not appear clean, although it was hard to tell because the tub was extremely worn and peeling. Management offered me another room, and I went with a staff member to check it. The toilet appeared to have been cleaned; however, the shower was still terribly worn and peeling. The couch in the room was worn, and the fabric was worn right through, and the foam was visible. We left for dinner and resolved to stay in our room. When we returned at approximately 8:30, we were preparing to turn in for the night and noticed that one bed had no mattress protector, and none of the pillows had a protective sham under the pillowcase. We decided the cleanliness of the room was too poor to stay. I went to the front desk to check out, move hotels and ask for a refund. I was not granted a full refund despite not having even been in the room for a cumulative total of 1 hour. The hotel manager argued with me and said there did not need to be any pillow or mattress protectors and offered to let me look at another room. I asked if the other room would be cleaner and have pillow and mattress protectors, and he said "no". We took the partial refund and moved to another hotel.

I do not recommend this place. It is extremely dirty! Needs renovation!

Very affordable motel. Room was very nice and bigger than most for more money. The breakfast was very good with many different options.

Stayed in Auburn Hills to see a concert, knowing it was a going to be a late night I wanted a good continental breakfast. I set my alarm to be up at 9AM to get food before the 10:00 cutoff and when I walked down at 9:30, the entire breakfast line was closed up and put away. I ended up having to drive to Starbucks, but considering I stayed here for the breakfast and it wasn’t even available was dissapointing.

The staff members from arrival to departure were absolutely wonderful. We didn't spend a whole lot of time at the site, but the rooms are a quite minimal and dated. Items in the room weren't cleaned as expected. But the bedding was clean and comfortable.

There was blood on sheets and pillowcases and bathroom had used travel shampoo and conditioner. The room hadn’t been cleaned there was muddy foot prints on couch and the cushion on side ways even hair on the tile floor
