The toilet seat were broken and the bath tub wasn’t cleaned properly

Upon walking in I noticed the mirror on the bathroom door was COVERED in hand prints. The bathroom floor had hair, the tub had what looked like mold or mildew along with the shower head. The bathroom door was nearly impossible to actually close. The blankets were covered in stains. The microwave looks like it was dropped out of a second story window and also had finger prints and dried food on the outside. The tissues in the tissue box were like...hard and crusty on the top...The window was smeared in hand prints. All morning I kept hearing a slamming sound while I was trying to sleep, when I left I realized it was housekeeping. They flip the lock so they dont have to unlock the room everytime they need to grab off the cart, which I totally get, but they let the door slam onto the lock and it's like every couple minutes and it is LOUD. The breakfast was alright. The cleanliness of the room made me question the quality of the food and cleanliness of the kitchen... I would never stay here again....but there's a cute creek outside.

On all three stays, contractors reported stained blankets and sheets, including what was described as blood, stained towels, dirty rooms, and a strong musty odor throughout the property. The furniture and interior are outdated and poorly maintained. Three similar experiences in four months cannot reasonably be dismissed as an isolated incident. We regularly use other Quality Inn locations throughout Michigan, so we understand the standards expected from the brand. This location is by far the worst we have experienced. We are not asking for luxury—just professionally clean rooms, new clean linens and towels, reasonable maintenance, proper food handling, and professional customer service. I am also concerned about reports regarding staff demeanor and whether some patrons feel they are treated differently based on ethnicity or background. Management should take those concerns seriously and ensure every guest is treated consistently and respectfully. The property's online presentation also does not appear to reflect the condition experienced in person. After three disappointing stays, we will no longer book this location. Management needs to address housekeeping, odors, linens, maintenance, staff professionalism, and guest treatment. Customers deserve the condition and service they are paying for.

We didn’t have an issue with anything. Hotel clean, room was clean. It was the best breakfast out of all the hotels we have stayed at all year.

Room was clean and great for the price however the toilet wasn't flushing right, didn't call because it was so busy at check in and we were only there to sleep.

The place was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. It had breakfast from 6:30-10:00 am. Comfortable stay with free parking The WiFi was very limited.

This was hands-down one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I have numerous pictures to share the filth that I slept in that I didn’t know about till I woke up in the morning with a outrageous headache, and the headache was gone as soon as I had left the property and was out for about an hour, so I know it was a mold, headache.. I have requested a refund and I would like my money back. That was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

The air conditioning in the room was very nice and the outdoor pool was great. Continental breakfast was delicious! Overall was an okay stay but for the price I was expecting a little more.

The bathroom hadn't been cleaned. The shower was filthy and there was hair on the floor. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Rooms were terrible and then I’m going to pay for my groceries and they charged me again for a one night stay two days later

The bed was extremely comfortable! It was a close distance to our concert venue which was nice It’s very outdated with things broken around the room. That doesn’t usually bother me much though when traveling. The only other issue was people arguing in the hallway through the night. Loudly!

The room was dirty. The shower was not cleaned. The pipes from the shower made loud noises. They were bugs in the room.

Pool was closed which was not disclosed at time of booking.

This facility is an old model with old bedroom furniture, damaged and the owners don’t care because the items are still in the room and the staff see the same things. Room cleaning isn’t professional, dust over the furniture. Bed linen with spots on them. Just a mess…..

No USB plug-ins available in the room. Air-conditioning smelled like mildew and had to turn it off. Opened it up and found it filthy with water collecting in the bottom. Possible Black mold found in tub. Remote didn’t work for T.V. and phone didn’t work either.

Price as reasonable There as a very strong odour of marijauna on our floor(3) Bathroom could use some updating
