Quality Inn Auburn Hills - Detroit North

This location was a complete disappointment. My guest noticed small holes in the wall and became suspicious. Later, we discovered that the bed was damaged and tipped over just from sitting on the edge. We requested another room, only to find mold growing on the shower curtain. I took pictures and reported the issue, but they asked me to change the curtain myself. Now, I'm feeling sick.

Could definitely use some updating and things replaced.

Check in was nice, we had a choice of room. Our room was clean, the air conditioning worked, the hair dryer did not. The out door pool wasn't open due couple of days rain. Staff was very accommodating, when asked for toilet paper they brought it right away. Breakfast wasn't bad, but not great. Main ontrays were in 3 different spots. Waffles were good. Was easy to get uber or lyft.

Staff were excellent. Breakfast was good but didn’t have any meat included. Property should be fumigated occasionally to avoid insects like cockroaches. I did kill a small one outside my room in the corridor. My room was cleaned both days we were there and the sheets and towels were replaced both days I occupied the room. If not for the roaches, I would have graded the place excellent.

Nice scenery at the water with picnic tables so could sit outside and enjoy the day Staff was confused about who was staying in the 3 rooms because we used your site

The air Conditioner and water pressure They lied about having a pool that was functioning . Breakfast had no protein options other than eggs.

Bed was comfortable and location was good. Where do I start, the room and hotel smelled like stale pot. The room did not even look like it was wiped down. The chair was gross there was dirt and dust. I wouldn't even shower in that room.

The bed was clean and the refrigerator worked but there was no water pressure in the shower! The tub pressure was sooo low I decided to use the sink to wash at. Also no meat during breakfast was a let down.

Got a cheap 2 bed 1 bath for $100, nothing crazy. The smell is the only thing that bothered me.

There were a lot of bedbugs. It was terrible. I kindly request a refund.

I’m not a hotel snob by any means so I want to start by saying this hotel is okay for one night. It is definitely out of date/run down and could use some updates; it smelled like marijuana in the hallway of the second floor, the room itself smelled of mildew/stale air, the AC squealed loudly and never actually cooled the room down even though it was on the lowest setting, the tub was dirty, there was no shampoo in the shower but luckily we brought our own. We didn’t eat the breakfast as we slept in but for under $200/night I guess it’s okay.

Our rooms were disgusting bedding was nasty and toilet set broke and floors gross.

Nothing The pool was not open. The breakfast was trash. The rooms smelled bad. The bath tubs were peeling. The sink was cracked. There were spots in the ceiling in the rooms. The floors were sticky.
