Everything worked out perfectly! Having my elderly sister with me went very smoothly thanks to the staff and accommodations!

The staff was nice and having free breakfast was thoughtful I experienced toilet clogging, a floor leak under the carpet from the middle of the room to the window and a mildew smell in the room that aggravated my grandaughters and my asthma.

Very easy to drive past this property. It is hidden up in the woods off of the street. Hard to make a left-hand turn out of the property. Had to go down and make a U-turn and come back up.

Our room was infested with hundreds of ants and that is only what was visible. When brought up with the service desk they just stated they would mention it to the manager, took no responsibility of the uncleanliness and did not offer any reprieve from our situation. Highly disappointed in the stay and continue to feel like I’m crawling with them.

The staff at front desk were rude! I have been trying to get in touch with a supervisor from this property for over a week now! I paid the full bill for the stay in Expedia and Fairfield Auburn charged me AGAIN for the room and is now refusing to refund my money. On top of all of that, Expedia is refusing to assist. I will NEVER use Expedia and and I will NEVER stay at another Fairfield Inn. Your customer service is pathetic.

The hotel was quiet and peaceful. I have a service dog. My dog was not allowed in the room where guests go to prepare their breakfast plates. This violates the ADA that says service dogs are allowed to go anywhere the public is allowed.
