The hotel was very good. Easy on and off the highway but not noisy. Breakfast buffet was included and the coffee was good! We would stay again if in the area.

The hotel is one of the worst I have ever stayed at. 1st room smelled musty and moldy, it was plain gross. 2nd room wasnt much better although it didnt smell moldy. But the floors were so dirty I wouldnt walk barefoot. There was rusty stains under the open area of the sink and on the tub. The black out drapes had holes in them. The mattress was so old and lumpy it was hard to get comfortable, thank goodness i brought a sheet and pillowcase bc i couldnt imagine the bed was clean. I shouldnt have stayed but i was so tired from travelling. I used to work for Holiday Inns in my early twenties, and i was really surprised how disgusting it was. The only saving grace was that they had a okay decent breskfast including gluten free. Im so disappointed and wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Although another patron told me it is used as a sports team hotel, which explained a lot, but it is no excuse. Yuck!!

This motel exceeded expectations. Close to downtown Worcester, friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was fine, parking and location felt very safe.

I did not like finding out about the non refundable $75 pet fee on arrival....this should be on the booking info!

Spacious room, very complete complimentary breakfast! Omelets. Sausage, home fries, Greek yogurt, cereal, pastry, coffee tea. Have stayed here 3 times and always consistent quality. Easy drive to the performing arts theater in Worcester.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I’ll be happy to come back in the future!

Room was noisy near exit door. I asked for a quiet room . There was a dog next to me that barked alot. Bath tub was not very clean full of spots.
