We called ahead to ensure late check-in would be possible; the gentleman at the front desk desk was very polite, efficient and professional as we arrived at nearly midnight. however, the lady at the front desk during check-out was cold and unfriendly, curtly instructing us to drop the key cards in the box and gruffly said, "you're good to go". so, there is some unevenness with staff professionalism, but we did not have to interact with them much at all.

Decently maintained older property, but the staff when I stayed (June ‘26), were awful. Every time I saw a staff member they were on their phone, and were always annoyed to help you. When we went to check in, the front desk lady took 15 minutes to get a pillow for the guest in front of me. At 10pm!! The next morning, a cleaning lady standing in front of the elevator saw us coming to the elevator and decided that was the time for her to push the up button (we were going down to get breakfast). Mind you, before we got to the elevator the lady was just standing there in her phone! Then, at breakfast the lady attending the food was putting COLD food out. When some other patrons asked her about warming it up, she scoffed at them and pointed to the microwave by the little store area. Additionally, the pancake machine was broken but was still turned on and making an awful sound. I don’t write reviews like this often (this may be the first), but when you spend upwards of $200 on a good quality hotel, you expect the quality of the staff to match. We don’t get to splurge on hotels like this often, so we are disappointed.

If you just need a place to stay for one night, this place isn't bad. However, it needs some updates. And some maintenance. The one and only hook in the room was in the bathroom and it was about ready to fall off the wall. I didn't even try to hang my towel on it because I feared the towel was going to end up on the floor anyway. The shower walls where the shower rod attaches, was cracked...at both ends. And not just minor cracks, like is this rod going to stay in place while I shower cracked. And the bathroom itself was dirty (grout and cracks/crevices) and needed a thorough cleaning. As for the room, it wasn't bad, the beds were fairly comfortable for hotel beds. The one and only visible USB port didn't work. I had to plug my cord into the back of the TV which was fun since the TV was mounted to the wall. There was a breakfast buffet, however the starting hours were crap. It only opened at 6:30 Monday - Friday and 7:00 on weekends. Not great hours for those of us who need to get up and get out the door in the morning.

The rooms are big and clean.Breakfasr was awesome
-
The coffee maker situation at breakfast was very slow and inadequate at making coffee for the high number of coffee drinkers present.

Room above us kept their shower on and we had an early morning flood (6am) coming into our room on the day we were checking out. Not hotels fault. They offered us another room later that day when one opened up. But I was surprised they didn’t offer to comp the night when I asked about this at check out.

Reception staff at check-in was especially personable.
