Hampton Inn Auburn

It was a nice motel just little expensive for room. Also, the pool wasn't open and being removated which is strange to renovate a pool in the summer in Massachuettes. Daily room cleaning not done there. Donna in the breakfast room was wonderful! Breakfast was very good and she was so hospitable! She's a keeper! I thought is wasn't a good value for the room

The room was on the more expensive side for the pool to be out of order in the Summer. That was unacceptable. I asked for an early check in @ 6 am because of an emergency and I was with my 8 year old son and I had to wait until 12 noon.

Located right off the highway, the hotel is clean and spacious. Breakfast was good - great variety of choices. Their pet fee is high; other chains charge 50.00 a night for a pet, while the Hampton is 75.00. Wish the pool had been open, but other than that it was a lovely stay.

The pool and laundry room under construction and no previous notice. Breakfast ok 4 out of 10. Staff was really good

My family of four stayed here on a very busy weekend of travelling from Connecticut to Boston to New York and back to Connecticut. The hotel is located with very easy access to the Mass Pike (I-90). Sherry at the front desk was a delightful! She was very welcoming and went out of her way to assist me with some issues I was having with my Hilton Honors account. The beds in our two queen room were extremely comfortable. I would go so far as to say that they were more comfortable than many hotels that I have stayed in which have cost twice the price. We didn't have time to use it, but the pool was out of service at the time of our stay. The free breakfast was not "gourmet", but everyone in the family found something good to eat and was satisfied.

The hotel itself was nice but they need to use a different cleaner on the floors in the room. My son slipped and fell, thank god he didn’t get hurt but someone could. Also the breakfast was terrible and the woman running it wasn’t very friendly

Easy on 90… great spacious room and bathroom. Should have 3-4 towels for two people, never known a woman to use only one. In room coffee was a cheap set-up and not too good (downstairs was fine). The problem was it was set up on a low counter so you had to bend down to do anything, not great for older patrons.

Clean room, quiet, easy parking and check out, free breakfast, reasonable rate!

It was awesome but the fried egg was mixed with bacon and I didn’t know and mistakenly ate that and did cause some reactions in me because I don’t eat pork or anything of pork meat. The fried egg was mixed with bacon and I don’t eat pork or anything of pork so had some reactions.

The blinds did not work in our room and there were stains on the lamp. We also had a weight for coffee because there was none left. Poor quality coffee. For the amount of money we paid the hotel did not match. Pool out of order as well
