La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Auburn Worcester

The staff was able to switch my room. I was there for work related business but needed to sleep during the day. It was the holiday weekend so noise could have been a factor.

I was only there to sleep off a plane flight for 6 hours before needing to drive on. It was clean comfortable and waiting for me despite late arrival. Just what I needed, at a reasonable price.

1st floor and lobby reeked of weed.

Frequent traveller: would definitely stay here again. Room was clean; desk chair and easy chair seemed brand new; bed was comfortable, great water pressure in shower and plentiful hot water, good size fridge (alas, no freezer) and small microwave. Bountiful hot breakfast served in a large room with adequate seating. Pleasant staff throughout. Low price for a 2 night stay that exceeded all expectations!

I was a little nervous when I arrived for check-in due to the appearance of exterior of the building, as well as a lot of other guests who were just loitering about outside and down in the lobby. But, every single employee from the desk for coaching me in and to check out was kind, professional, polite, and helpful. My room was very nice, more than likely recently renovated and I believe that’s why the property was a bit messy. The next morning work on the exterior started a little too early for my taste, but I was surprised at how good breakfast was. I’d stay here again.

Location and cost were benefits for our purpose. Seems moist inside the room. Air was unable to circulate.

The hotel is good, but it is under construction. Overall experience was good.

Good stay. I had a good time. Staff were very helpful

The staff remembered that I was checking out early. They had breakfast ready for me, even though it was before the scheduled breakfast time. I really appreciated the gesture. Very minimal decor. Not visually especially attractive or welcoming. But clean.

The room was clean and nice in appearence. We were supposed to get a disability room, but the only thing disability was the grab bars in the bathtub. The toilet and the bed were too low, and I was considering calling the fire debt to help my wife off the toilet, and the bathroom near the front desk had no grab bars. I realized after a couple of days that we couldn't lock our room door unless we used the dead bolt

Nothing like other La Quintas I’ve stayed at. The staff and housekeeping are excellent, helpful, prideful and friendly despite their dismal workplace.

Location Didn't refresh room for the next night even though the front desk agreed to.

Room was nice and clean with plenty of parking. Easy to control the ac.

Air conditioning was amazing!
