Baymont by Wyndham Augusta Riverwatch

Exceptional

Location and room size

Very good

I liked that the property was close to where I needed to go at the time, but apparently people knew to choose other hotels because literally there was nobody there didn’t even think it was open at first I did not like how a lot of stuff looked old and outdated also upon entering my room and looking over the room, like I always do whoever the housekeeper was put bloody sheets on the bed. The toilet was disgusting as well whoever cleaned it did a piss poor job. I seen pubic hair and brown spots, and the mirror hadn’t been wiped down.

It was Ok.

Exceptional

My stay was quite nice. Room was very clean aa well as the property. the front desk was very helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Location, breakfast, overall stay was excellent.

Very clean and tidy.

If you get up early, maybe you will get some breakfast and coffee. I stayed two nights and both mornings there was almost nothing left with breakfast not even coffee. The ice machine was out of order. The place seems to be clean and there wasn’t a lot of people there so it’s quiet. The pool was decent.

The staff wasn't as friendly. They seemed irritated with guest.

Floors were dirty. Disorganized front desk. Musty smelling room. Breakfast bar was disgraceful, no pancake mix, no fruit, milk was spoiled, and drink dispenser was broken with no signage. Would not stay here again.

Nothing special!
