Subpar. Nicest hotel for the price in the city..

Myself and families stay was horrible. There was mold all in the bathroom, we stayed there for 2 weeks. The AC was broken so it made the whole room moist from it being so humid, they offered to move rooms twice and those rooms were even worse, broken shower rod/curtain, dirty rooms. It was terrible, there were people all around the property smoking and doing drugs. The first night we checked in we found needles on top of the closet and a piece of aluminum foil on the floor which you can tell had some kind of cooked drug on it. It was terrible! Every morning the men who did room service would just randomly open the room door it was just horrible. Stay away from this hotel! It’s a shame because it can be a nice hotel. By the way they run it makes it terrible!

I thought the value was very good - a small seating area felt like we had extra room compared to a traditional hotel room. Bathroom was large as well. The smell in the lobby was not pleasant. Also, we had a coffe maker in the room as advertised but there was no actual coffee provided in the room.

I really love the ease of this hotel from booking to checking in and checking out. Low key hotel simple Staff could be more friendly,

The property was nesat and clean. The room I was given leaked from the ac and had a fowl odor. I reported it to the front desk clerk at approximately 730am. I asked to be moved, he told me they were full and it would be 5pm before housekeeping would have any clean rooms. The maintenance man did come up and mop the floor. He checked the ac unit but said there was nothing he could do as the humidity was high.. in addition, the dumpsters were right outside and the truck came to empty them around 230-3AM and the reverse beeping and lowering the dumpsters back down woke everyone up on that side of the building. The door to the stairs was across from my room and I tried to open the door to use the stairs and coukdnt open it. Another guest told me to turn the handle UP instead of down and it did work then. Once down the stairs the exit door was propped open with a rock (not too secure?). I have used this hotel many times and was pretty dissatisfied this time.

The location was goid right off the h8ghway but set back where you didnt hear street noise. The bed was comfortable. Air conditioner very good. Grungy, filthy room with sheets that were stained and gross. Window glass in room was broken, furniture falling apart and sone moldings held together with painters tape, missing parts of furniture, one bedside table pamp was not working, floors walks, and all surfaces were dirty. Doors and anything you had to touch was sticky. Decorative pillows totally stained, window bench was too gross to sit on, mold in bathroom, shower parts coming apart, handicap chair too disgusting to use, toilet filthy, mirror in bedroom was smeared completely. If it were not that we were exhausted that night and only staying one day, we would have complained and left. Wont be back there again. When my husband used the shower mat towel to wipe some water off the floor, it was completely black afterwards. It's sad because the outside looks good and front desk help were nice and the place has potential. Unless its completely redone you couldnt pay me to stay there ever again. See photos below...

Decent stay. My 2nd time. Clean and comfortable room and bed. Towels need to be upgraded. Minor issues.

I requested another room and the clerk looked at the computer and in two seconds told me there weren't any other rooms. We had just checked online. I requested again and he said, there weren't any rooms available. So at 12 or 1 am We( two women) had to drive around Augusta at Night looking for a room on the 4th of July. We found a Hilton Property. I went by & spoke to AJ the next day. He said there were 14 vacant rooms that night Horrible experience. The sheets that were on that bed should have been discarded, not cleaned. Gross experience! I taught for 30 years and I travel internationally also. I have never had this happen. Some deals are too good to be true. You get what you pay for. I didn't sleep there! I used the shower because I flew in for an event. The bathroom was clean & you could smell the bleach. The bedding was a different story. Always check out the bed when you arrive! Do not wait until night time. Lesson learned.

Loved the room with with window seat!! The kids read books while sitting in it. The pool was cool. Small but ok for the kids to enjoy. Breakfast. Needs a better variety.
