My reservation was not correct, had to pay extra to get what I originally paid for, I was booked from Sunday Aug 2nd to Thursday Aug 6, I tried to check out after 5 pm on Aug 5th, a day early, they said they could not check me out until the next day, or give me a receipt for the time stayed, then, they charged me and extra day for two rooms at 183.37. When I checked out a day early,, An added charge of 366.64, the rims had a bad odor, urine stains in the floor and the TV didn't work in room 305

Plan to pay $66 a night for parking that they will not tell you about when you check in. However they will swear they did. Hotels.com will be of no help. They will say it’s part of the fees they are allowed to charge. The pool only fits about 10 people. Breakfast is the same everyday. Only sausage, hope you aren’t a bacon person. They have toast but don’t expect butter they will be rude if you ask for it.

Only problem I have with rooms, they have no place to put clothes. No dresser, no drawers anywhere. Closet has approximately 5 hangers, but no place for folded clothes.

Not much...it was fairly clean but thats about the only thing positive I could say Well book king suite, got a 2 double bed room and yet was still charged for the king suite...

When I arrived, my room was not ready. Staff apologized and immediately changed me to a different room that was ready.

One particular staff member was extremely rude and unfriendly welcoming guest in. Other than that the stay was okay

Breakfast was microwaved eggs and microwaved sausage. Biscuits and gravy appeared to be put out for a second morning, and the pastries most definently re used a second day. Nothing tasted good or fresh.

Accommodation for a room located on top floor. Television and cable not easy to access/use. Need to have some instructions available; could not connect to internet. The AC did not cool the room. When I arrived the room was hot/AC was not on. Room never cooled to a reasonable temperature.

They had to come to the room 3 times to work on tv, door was terrible to open had to use whole body weight to get door opened. Someone had a party at the pool so kids couldn’t use the pool do to 50+ people down there with liquor bottle and beer everywhere. They even had a Trailer parked in road using it to make drinks. Not kidding appropriate at all.
