Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Augusta Washington Rd./I-20

THANKS to Haley our receptionist for being so kind.

The property was clean inside and outside. Also, everything was quiet during my stay. I experienced no nuisances.

The staff was incredibly accommodating, helpful and responsive. We encountered some rude guest, but the hotel was notified.

In my room i found a little ants in the border next to the tv and under the desk in the corner next to the window I find an one underwear from somebody ,the breakfast is not to bad by is no to much to choose

Good

The room was very hot and humid, the only way the air works is with motion. So when you are sleeping it gets VERY hot in the room, we had to take turns getting up every 30 minutes and walk around so the air would turn on.

The best the job has put us in hands down

The convenience of being able to get a room in such short notice. The staff was very professional and provided the best hospitality. The smell of lobby was awesome which made you think the hotel was extremely clean and it was.

The breakfast staff/ Kathleen? Was exceptionally helpful.

Superb

No complimentary water in the room like other Fairfield Marriotts I've stayed in. I had to purchase some.

Great stay. Soft bed, good climate control. Quite stay. Great location. Good advice from staff on ordering in dinner. Great stay.

The personal was very friendly and helpful

Excellent stay for a nice gate away with my Husband and I. Came to town for a comedy show and wanted a nice hotel to stay at for a night. Clean room, quiet, and pleasant check in process.

The rooms were very clean, and the pool was enjoyable. The staff members were friendly and helpful. I would choose to stay here again.

The room was clean, bathroom was clean and convenient parking. The roll in shower needs improvement, water spread to bathroom floor when showering.
