The rooms were very clean, and the pool was enjoyable. The staff members were friendly and helpful. I would choose to stay here again.

The room was clean, bathroom was clean and convenient parking. The roll in shower needs improvement, water spread to bathroom floor when showering.

The air conditioner in our room was making a high-pitched noise, and was not cooling properly. They promptly moved us to a new room, and everything was ok.

Fridge was over frozen, had to clean up a small leak, room 304's AC made a little too much noise, other than that it was a good stay.

I like this property and it was my 3rd time staying by choice for work trips. However, this time the air conditioning in my room and my colleagues’ room was broken. No one told us but it was clearly known before I checked in because it had been turned off in the middle of summer. It made a terribly loud noise when I turned on and never worked. Otherwise, I still like this hotel and will probably stay again.

Entrance from Washington Rd is a bit tricky, but the hotel is excellent!

Nice and clean. AC was cold! Breakfast was good and plentiful. Bed was very comfy!

Reluctantly I have to take one star off for some threadbare towels and an old-style air con unit which gurgled loudly through the night and seemingly couldn’t be turned off. Probably could have been dealt with if I’d stayed longer but, hey. All in all though, would recommend!

The breakfast was very good. The room was hot. The AC did not work as explained by the desk clerk it had something to do with some sort of cutoff system that only turned on when it recognized people in the room. I have never heard that before and have never had to worry about that in a hotel.

Spotless room-fluffy towels-comfortable bed—1st floor was quiet! My husband enjoyed the breakfasts. This Fairfield should be an example to others to show off
