The room was clean and fresh smelling. The staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast was one of the best! Handicap parking was adequate. Although I reported a vehicle parked in the striped area between the two handicapped spots and nothing was damaged nevto have the vehicle removed. This made it very difficult to maneuver with a walker. Otherwise the stay was great!

As long as he works there, I will not stay. I would give his name, but he wears his nametag on his collar and when he gave his name, I was too frustrated to write it down. He mentioned he used to be the manager.

I asked for a late check-in and the staff was awesome. We got there around 1:00 am in the morning and was treated well. We were tired and sleepy, check-in was a breeze. And yes I told family and friends this was the place to stay when pasting thou Augusta Ga. Thank you so much None Apply

Nothing in the room containing information about where to go for food or sights to see. Not even a tv channel guide ?

Everything was okay overall. I did have to call for maintenance due to inability to turn shower control on. Very inconvenient as I was undressed and ready. Maintenance responded promptly and got it "unstuck." The water did not drain out of tub fast enough....standing in water over my feet.
