The location The vip lounge was pitiful lacking in every area. Rude staff. I was charged twice and therefore brought my account to -300. I had to fix it out of my own pocket still am negative $30.

Clean room and you can tell they recently upgraded the rooms.

The breakfast on the 5 floor changed everyday. The drinks at night could have been better.

The person who checked me in was very helpful and explained to me how the rewards worked because I had a question. Every time I have visited this property my experience has always been good. I really like the upgrades from the remodel also.
