Air Conditioner was turned off Room temperature was 86 degrees The Unit never made the room comfortable Hair in the Shower Dirty Towel left in the room I was offered a coupon if I was local by the Staff

Only here one night for wedding. Clean room, most of staff were very friendly and helpful, but the guy who checked us in could use customer service training. Wasn’t rude, just not friendly. Didn’t give any info re wifi, restaurant hours, check out time, etc. lobby is nice and has bar and restaurant. Air conditioner made popping sound throughout the night. Thank goodness for sound machines.
