It was an amazing stay I always stay here very great customer service building is impressively clean

Location Parking was odd, but not inconvenient.

Fairly quiet despite a.busy surge of other tenants. Close to intetstate. Mislead on some of the advertisements, felt like bait and switch on a hot tub (non existent) and was priced a queen suite with 2 queen beds and a couch bed for $136.. Ended up paying $181 for a regular queen room with 2 queen beds no.couch.

It was a great location for getting back on I-40 west good breakfast good staff. No comment

Friendly staff, very clean hotel.

Clean rooms, not noisy, friendly staff. Location was close to highway for easy access, easy accessibility to restaurants. Limited parking and ability to leave hotel easily on high traffic road during busy hours.

Easy to find.. lobby person was friendly The big stain in the sofa, my cousin slept in it and didnt realize it until the next day..

My wife was billed twice for 21.77 in addition to the bill I already paid through booking.com. After a very long phone conversation they refunded just one of those charges.

Nice location for us to visit family. Some room items becoming old and need update, but clean.

The room was spacious but it was expensive. The fan in bathroom did not work. No bath mat. Booking.com showed receipt with total including taxes. We used the "filter" when booking and said we had a pet. That charge was $50.00. It should have been included in total of receipt. Instead it was added at hotel, ended up being $225.00.

Breakfast was excellent. Property needs upgrading

Elevators did not work had to go up 3 flights of stairs. Then tried to take my 5 year to the pool and it was disgusting and green. Then no one cleans the room or gives out towels unless you stay 3 days we stayed 2 days 05/02 and 05/03. Will not be going back to this place for the money you spend 160 a night for king walk in shower.

The room was great!! It was noisy!! Kids playing in the hallway!! Got to my room and needed to use the toilet and there was NO toilet paper asked the front desk and it took over an for a roll of tissue!!!!
