The front desk staff member, who's name I didn't get went above and beyond after I had to cancel a reservation at a nearby property due to a cleanliness issue. She accommodated every request I had.

I was quite pleased with this hotel. My room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I was impressed.

Exceptionally clean room and hotel in general. The staff members went above and beyond for us. I was dragging in after a 10 hour drive, and the lady at the front desk immediately asked if I wanted a bottle if water, and in fact gave us a goody bag with 2 waters and trail mix. Much appreciated!! Bed was super comfy. Huge tv that pulled out to angle either toward the bed or the sofa. Wonderful stay! Very short toilet
