Holiday Inn Express & Suites Augusta West - Fort Gordon by IHG

Excellent customs service and amenities. My tub was clogged, didn't drain.

I didn’t eat breakfast My room was under maintenance. The shower above my room had over flowed.

The location was incredibly close to the base. We had so much nearby. We were within 15 minutes of so many different attractions, restaurants. The space was clean, I use the gym in the pool and enjoyed the free continental breakfast.

Exceptional

I like the fact that no pets are allowed..my room was very clean and the hot water was awesome. Breakfast was very good The ceiling in the bathroom was cracked. Not very appealing to the eye.. would have been nice to have a towel rack in the bathroom..there was nowhere to hang wet towels

My bathroom sink was dirty with shaving clipping the first time I went to use it

The hotel seemed clean but it smelled like feet. The bed was comfortable enough and the shower was clean. I would have preferred if the fire alarm did not go off twice in the middle of the night. I asked the desk clerk and he said this has never happened. I suspect he was not being truthful, he was wearing hearing protection indicating that this has definitely happened before and probably fairly regularly. They did give me a refund without me asking for it though so that wad nice.

Poor

Pool Was Dirty From Pine Tree Needles!!! Staff Is Good And Helpful!!! Housekeeping Didn't Clean Room One Day Which Caused Roaches In Our Room!!!

Was put in room 321 and it was

The smoke alarms went off all night, long on the first night there and we didn’t get no sleep. They’re supposed to credit our account and they have not done so for one night.

The first room I was in had issues with the tv. Otherwise it would have been great. I was promptly moved to a new room (305) which had visible mold on the walls in the main room, smelled mildewed, and the TV connection was terrible. Most channels were pixelated and the sound went out every few seconds. I was grateful for the quick staff response when the first tv wasn’t working, but the second option was worse.

Cozy, clean & fresh atmosphere Nothing

There was mildew in the bathroom. Breakfast was good

The cleaness

Very good

Very well maintained

Clean room, great staff and good breakfast!

great and an awesome breakfast

Location and staff were nice My cable for the tv in the room wouldn’t work and the staff was unable to fix it. The hotel WiFi would not connect to the tv either so we could not stream any apps. I wasn’t offered any compensation.
