The staff is absolutely fantastic . Friendly, professional and always providing service with a smile and kindness. The pool was a must have with the 90 degree heat. We had Avery enjoyable stay.

The price that you pay for the rooms are not worth it and their breakfast is horrible… Housekeeping is wonderful and helpful but the rooms are old and needs to be updated…

My stay was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, I had to wait in the lobby for over 15 minutes to check in because the staff was outside smoking instead of assisting guests. Once I finally got to my room, I discovered there was no hot water, making it impossible to take a proper shower. On top of that, the air conditioning unit was leaking, leaving water on the floor and creating an uncomfortable environment. Overall, the lack of basic maintenance and poor customer service made for a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend staying here until these issues are addressed.

I truly appreciate the incredible staff. When my elderly aunt experienced an issue, the staff, housekeeping, and maintenance team responded immediately without hesitation. Their compassion, professionalism, and willingness to jump into action made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. I am sincerely grateful for everything they did to assist both my aunt and me. Thank you for going above and beyond!

1st room had a backed up sink and cockroaches. 2nd room TV remote didn't work and trash behind the furniture. The danishes served at breakfast were covered in green mold. I do not recommend this hotel.

I would never stay here again. I will pay more for better quality.

Had to wait a bit for staff to come to the front desk to check in, they were busy helping a hotel guess elsewhere. The hotel really needs to update the door locks, the key card did not work very well. And it took multiple attempts to unlock the room door.

Upon check out, I was told there was an overcharge of $ 38.96 and given a receipt showing a refund due. I was told it would be a credit on my method of payment (AMX). I have yet to receive the refund.

Clean room

Our first room (316) was filthy. The tile was dirty, the carpet had not been vacuumed, and there was a dead roach on the floor. We didn’t even feel comfortable unpacking. We went to the front desk to request another room and explained the problem. There was no apology—just a reassignment to room 416. Unfortunately, the second room was just as bad. There was hair on the floor and on the toilet, the carpet was dirty, and we even found clipped toenails on the floor. To make matters worse, no one asked about our stay when we checked out. There was no effort to address the issues or show basic customer service. I have been a Choice Privileges member for 18 years (Member #DAF11211) and have never been treated this way. Overall, cleanliness and service were unacceptable. We were extremely disappointed and will not stay here—or at Comfort Inn—again.

Place was in a good spot but it wasn’t that clean and felt old. Tv doesn’t work either.

When I arrived I noticed the staff was cleaning....it smelled AMAZING!!! The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! The female front desk staff walked to our room to make sure it was ready for us to go in....some front desk staff at other hotels are lazy, but she took her role and responsibilities seriously! She wanted to make sure we were accommodated properly! The breakfast was very delicious! Each day they served a different menu! When the gentleman who were working in the kitchen noticed I was going to the egg station, he told me he had more hot, fresh eggs coming up if I wanted to wait a few more minutes. After grabbing a few more items, he brought the fresh eggs out and verbally told me they were ready. On our last day of checkout, I noticed one of the housekeeping staff was so detailed and precise with making sure the beds were made properly, that she knelt down on her knees on the floor to make sure the covers were tucked under the bed with sheer perfection! This tells me she takes her job VERY SERIOUSLY and she don't mind going the extra mile to make sure rooms are in tip top shape for their guest! I WILL DEFINITELY STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!
