The rooms are dated which is okay but the cable was out the entire stay and we were not offered any compensation or credit. Additionally, our upstairs neighbors must have been having a dance party or they were doing aerobics because it was terribly loud.

The man at the front desk was so helpful and friendly the day we checked out. He interacted with every customer and always had a smile on his face. He alone would make me want to stay here again.

My stay was short and sweet. The staff was very pleasant to deal with. The rooms were very cozy, but we couldn’t adjust the temperature, so it got really cold in the middle of the night. Overall, I had a good time.

Location was good for what we needed. Rooms were damp feeling and smelling, there was either mold or mold stains under the sink in the kitchenette area, no fan to get the moisture out in the bathroom and the tub was very alow to drain, extremely uncomfortable beds, staff was often watching shows on their personal devices with explicit language when we walked through with our children, breakfast was lack luster at best.

The staff was amazing. I didn’t like the house keeping moving my personal stuff when they cleaned my room.
