The breakfast selection is limited. There is a noticeable absence of hospitality, such as assistance with doors when guests have their hands full. Guests are not greeted upon arrival. Room cleaning and towel replacement services are infrequent. The room's inadequate ventilation leads to mildew accumulation and moisture on the walls. The establishment attributes its maintenance deficiencies to the customer and disseminates this information to other hotels. Overall poor quality in communication.

The lady at front desk was rude. Never seen housekeeping after requested it. I had beg for clean towels and washcloths. They are very against mixed couples. Never stay there again

Breakfast was good but place smelled like cat and mold

The shower still had hair in it. The sheets were dingy and had spots in them. Me and my fiance had to get disinfected spray and air freshener for the room. Also the towels were dry rotting. If we weren't so far from home we would've left.

There was a lot of hollering and doors slamming and smelled like someone was smoking weed in the hallways and slept terrible cause we didn't know what was happening with all the noise. Loud music and loud people in the hallway that kept us up from not able to sleep and we actually stopped to get a room cause we were tired from driving only to barley get rest.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Would recommend as a solo traveler.

The bed was comfortable. What I didn’t like can’t be summed up in a few sentences so let’s just say when things were wrong there was no one answering phones or manning the desk.

Friendly staff, clean room, easy parking, clean bathroom and towels/bedding. Fridge freezer needed defrosting and thats the biggest complaint I ccould make. Great stay, super convenient to Ft Gordon. Definitely will stay here again when visiting in the future.
