Quality Inn Augusta West Near Fort Gordon

We booked this place for their pool. We were disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance. The manager at the hotel graciously said he would refund the remainder of our stay because of the pool situation. And he did. We got our refund without problems. That was nice.

The woman at the front desk was very nice, helpful, smart and… kind enough to be awake at 2:15 in the morning when I arrived!

The tvs are old

Pool was broken, they advertised cribs and didn’t have any. I had to show online where they said they had them and they ended up borrowing one from another hotel. The rooms were filthy- walls stained and the floor covered in dirt. Also the noise from the upstairs neighbors was very bad. And the breakfast was not good.

Lobby has a bad smell as well as the room. Manager was an idiot. Other 2 desk clerks were nice. Dirty fridge and less than half of a roll of toilet tissue in room. Didn’t have the breakfast. Not returning!

It was exactly how it was supposed to look. Spacious and very comfortable. Nats were flying around a lot but didn’t much bother us.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The condition of the room was NASTY at best. I spilled something on the hard floor(no carpet, one of the reasons I booked this). When I wiped it up, the tag I used was black and nasty. The pull out sofa was visibly stained all over and the mattress was questionable at best. I couldn't get anyone on the phone for over 12 hours. I will stay here again

Breakfast was better than I expected given the overall look of the building. While the building lacked aesthetic appeal and Netflix not available in the room, the bed was comfortable and the room clean.

They had the best hotel breakfast that we’ve had in a hotel in a long time. Eggs, sausages, hashbrowns, waffles, along with all the normal stuff. The food was fresh and tasty! The room and the property were as expected.

Curtains falling off window and backing was rotten on curtains. Hole in bathroom door. No body wash or shampoo.

Good air conditioning. Not great water pressure in shower. Okay for one night stay which was what we stayed for.
