This hotel is really a motel. The entry way to the lobby smells like there's 100 air fresheners placed there. The scent is piercing and a turn off. The room was quite disgusting. It was old and dingy. The bathroom was the most off putting. The tub had a soft spot in the middle that felt like you may fall through the floor at anytime. They advertise that they have wired internet, but I discovered they actually don't. If you're desperate and just need a cheap place to crash for the night, maybe it can be an option but I do not recommend staying here at all. Terrible experience.

The staff was the only positive. My non-smoking room smelled like smoke and just a mildewy smell. Tub was dirty. Shower rod was about to fall off the wall. Sink and toilet were dirty. It’s just nasty overall. They’re not wiping down baseboards or cabinets. I changed rooms. The 2nd room was better but the air conditioner wasn’t working properly.

Very spacious room and comfortable bed. The tv should be larger, but it’s not a big deal. We will surely be back.

The staff was very helpful when the TV did not work. The AC actually kept the room cool. The tub could use a better drain plug.

Most was the young lady at the front desk who assisted me figuring out my breakfast and turning off the alarm on the waffle maker. She did it all with a smile, and that is very rare these days. My deadbolt latch was lose, which I reported at checkout. The wifi could be better.

Clean rooms come for bed nice day

Our first room was clearly not properly cleaned. There was dried mucus on the shower wall, sand still in the bathtub from the previous guest, and the floors had not been swept. The shower also backed up while in use, and the TV was not working properly. When I complained at the front desk, the employee asked, “What would you like us to do?” I told him, “I would like a clean room.” He initially said there were no other rooms available, but then offered us another room. Unfortunately, the second room was only slightly better. The floor had been swept, but the bathtub was still dirty and the shower also backed up. To make matters worse, one of the complimentary washcloths/towels had what appeared to be pubic hair on it. Having cleanliness and maintenance issues in TWO different rooms is unacceptable. I wasn’t expecting luxury but I was expecting basic cleanliness and sanitation. I took photos documenting the conditions in both rooms, including the cleanliness issues I described above. This was not a matter of being overly picky; these were visible sanitation and housekeeping problems. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

The room was clean, but was not spotless . The restroom had a strong bleach smell. The room had a kitchenette, a big restroom, toiletries, and plenty of towels. The pool was clean, and the breakfast was good!

The breakfast only had whole milk for the cereal and the french toast was hard. I made a reservation thru hotel .com and couldn't get a receipt or points from my choice account at check out. Bathtub was not up to my stands . it looked old and dirty. maybe need to upgrade. Security lock on door fall apart when trying to lock it at night. Room had no kleenex tissues. Since i reserved my smoking double through a third party i couldn't get receipt and no double smoking room was available. even though i had a reservation.

Staff are excellent and decent three star facility. Check in was quick and it’s quiet here.

The room was semi clean. There was still food on the table in the kitchenette. The shower and tub were semi clean, and the water pressure was horrible.

The smell, the room stunk of cigarettes, the lobby stunk of some disinfectant that seemed like a gas station that was poorly cleaned

We booked this place for their pool. We were disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance. The manager at the hotel graciously said he would refund the remainder of our stay because of the pool situation. And he did. We got our refund without problems. That was nice.

The woman at the front desk was very nice, helpful, smart and… kind enough to be awake at 2:15 in the morning when I arrived!
