Clean rooms

Very clean and the workers were very nice

Bring quarters because the washer and dryer are separate. Not really an amenity, and it doesnt come with the purchase of any rooms.

If you want to be checked out early, and half your stuff stolen by the front desk clerk even though you clearly have a reservation, this is the place for you. Could be a great hotel, but it's not.

When I arrived they told me that they didn’t know what rooms were clean and just informed me that I’d pay extra for checking in at that time . I had to leave and never had transportation back so I was not able to stay . I wasted my money .

It was ok for the price a lot of noise outside my door but besides that’s it was good

As the saying goes, don't expect too much for the price.

It was clean

I liked the privacy and location of the room. The air conditioning had missing knobs and the wall had tile leaning against the floor. The room had a weird odor we had to buy air freshener for. No remote for the tv we had to request one but wasn’t able to change the volume on the tv. Vending machines locked up at certain time and I had early flight so unable to return keys or use vending machine.

Staff is very welcoming and polite. quick response for maintenance issues and cleaning requests room is clean

Credit for having a room air freshener. Just wasn't a fan of the smell. No frills and close to ANGG. Not for a date but good enough for an overnight stay.

Arrived and the pool had been cemented in despite saying it was available on Expedia. Room reeked so badly of bleach we had to keep the door propped open for hours and it STILL burned our eyes and nose. The lighting was so terrible that even with all of the lights turned on, you couldn’t see anything once it was dark. The fridge didn’t work because it wasn’t placed close enough to an outlet to plug in. No coffee maker or microwave. Toilet paper on the bathroom floor. Mismatched hard plastic school lunch style chairs at the table. No outlets on one side of the bed.

This hotel is apparently under renovation, which is fine, however placing us up on the third floor where we had to weave our way through paint cans, beds, mop buckets and other obstacles down the entire length of the hallway was entirely unacceptable...a big safety issue. Considering there are three floors with plenty of other rooms available, guests should be placed away from the renovation area. Lobby area is stacked up with boxes everywhere, desk clerk will not help you if the dryer eats all your quarters. This could be a great place with a few adjustments, but I doubt we will try for a second go round.
